What is ARFit?

The general purpose of ARFit is to plot and process data points in order to obtain the best least-squares fit.

ARFit and ARLine

ARFit can be used whether the dependency of one variable on the other is linear or not. However, if you are mostly working with data having a linear dependency, you might also be interested by ARLine, also freely available in this Web site. ARLine offers many options not available with ARFit.

The data files (*.dat) of ARLine and of ARFit are fully compatible but not their graph settings (*.stg) files.


ARFit requires: You need also And be reassured: installing ARFit or your system involves no dumping of files in your Windows directory and no messing with the win.ini file or the Registry.

Important notice:
ARFit will not work on a system configured for the decimal comma. You will need to use the decimal point for your input (for example 2.54 instead of 2,54).


ARFit is fully functional (not crippleware) and there is no time limit on its functionality.
