To Whom it may concern,

Further to my registered letter dated April 6th. 2003 (2002 by accidental misprint) reference # 78 718 397 961 regarding according to Jacques the building superintendant had mentioned the pre-planed evacuation of the above-mentioned building by the begining of May. This ended up happening and becoming true, due to somewhat premeditated convoluted circumstances causing our building to be rendered dangerous during which the building next door was demolished for the planned erection of a Condominium. Further, i noticed my computer screen shaking violently as though there was an earthquake while the building next door was being demolished near the end of April, which further leads me to believe that the damage to our building was somewhat done on purpose (please see previous letter and the very much PLANED eviction/evacuation of all tenants at 2002 Amherst/and same building 1021 Ontario St. on or about May 1'st 2003). Following the distruction of the building next door, the bricks on our building were hanging loose over the door of 2002 Amherst, which even a non professional construction person like myself could see were more than ready to fall to the street any time, which indeed they did a few days later. Why was nothing done to shore up this obvious impending danger by the construction/distruction company working next to our building when it was so obvious that they had caused such damage?

We were evacuated by the police in a most crazy and rapid way within minutes near 7pm on May 6th. 2003 while it was pooring rain and cold as hell outside, in a most rapid way and even the door to my room was busted down by the montreal police as though there was a fire!

Not only did i loose access to the outside world via my telephone, but also i lost total contact with my ISP (Internet service provider) my accounts, access to generally all normal communications. This has been and was extreemly devistating to my health and wellbeing, not to mention extreemly draining on personal monitary funds (had to borrow monies at an exorbident intrest rate) and was a general assult on my person.

In any case please be informed of the following:

I have incurred the following expenses due to the above mentioned evacuation and assult on my person and property.

• 1) Cooking utensils from fridge and cupboards in the estimated amount of $80.00
• 2) Food lost from cupboards and fridge an estimated amount of $90.00
• 3) Important medical nutrition to combat my medical condition was lost incluiding MCT oil, Coral Calcium, NAC , Liquid Amino. $12.00 + $27.09 + $18.99 + $6.49 = $64.57
• 4) Assult in my place of residence (lost tooth, perminent scar under right eye, rib fractures from which i still suffer side and back pains. Indeterminent loss value ????? estimated ~ $10,000+
• 5) Ambulence services (Urgances Sante) May 10th. 2003 $126.75 due to lack of proper special required nurishment in leu of my predisposed medical conditions.
• 6) Due to my severe medical condition and need for stable strict diet with no salt and very lean meat and other special nutrients, and the lack of ability to obtain these necessary dietary products along with the necessary above mentioned nutritional aids, i have suffered uncalcuable medical and physical losses. Estimated minimum suffering is pegged at $10,000 although the real losses my far exceed this amount. It must be remembered that undue stress, improper diet and other factors can be extreemly burdonsome and harmful on a person in my depressed medical condition. Removal from my residence and normal intake of necessary foods and supplements, predesposes myself to such things as Infintago (which i incured recently after the physical attack upon me please see previous registered letter to 9082 9474 Quebec Inc, about malishous attacks upon my person. Please see article on my vulnurability to many liver based illnesses.
• 7) 1 pair roller skates stolen/lost valued at $250.00

• 1) 21 days of search while staying in Hotel plus interest for borrowed monies at $55.00/day = $1155.00 * 1.10 = $1270.05
• Restaurent expenses averaged at 3 X $6.00 / per dayum X 21 days + 1.10% interest on monies owed = $415.80

Additionaly:

• The difference in my current rent for one year from my original cost of 265.00 to my new rent of 385.00 per month = $120.00 X 12 = $1,440.00
• Moral damages $2,000.00
• Punitive damages art. 1902 C.c.Q for harassment and physical corpral damages $2,000.00

If you fail to compensate me for all of the above mentioned amounts totaling $27,737.14 within 10 days of receipt of this letter, I shall be obliged to file a claim against you at the Regie Du Logement without any further notice or delay, for moral, punitive, material damages and losses.

I reserve all rights and resourses.

I sent Charest many a letter prior to the election with no response!
And you would at least think they would make a pre-election effort.
NA, they too badly organized to even have someone take care of
urgent matters prior to an election. If you look at the link abovre
you'll see that not one party replyed me except for auto-responder SPAM
shit. Why do we even bother with elections and their scrap crap.
We all should contract out the job as mayor and that's it.
