The stock market has a thing called options and
we have "SHORT" and options and so called "PUT"
options. Then we now have computer algorithms
that allow for putting bets on either the "SHORTS"
bets or the "PUTS" bets.
These share shorts are bring sold without oven owning
the shares. This is further contributing to the market
downfall.
If you package a whole lot of these options in
a package of say a bundle of "PUTS" of say a
trillion dollers we have created a trillion
dollar derivative bundle. All created by
Quants or quantative analysts.
Stock market swapping is essentially off
the books trading and if someone bets on
the failure of one or another company that
too then becomes illegal.

The way i see it there is no difference between a
computer hacker, a Bill gates,
or any software engineer, or in fact any normal person

and how they fueled the market meltdown.
The Wall Street geeks, the quantitative
analysts ("quants") and masters of "algo trading"
are the very geeks that created the meltdown in
our financial institutions.
Right now we only see the tip of the financial
meltdown iceburg.
Their algorithms allowed them to create vast
empires of wealth by deriving the dependence
structures of computer packaged portfolio
credit derivatives sold internationally and now
responsible for the current market meltdown.
How did it work and who is responsible?
We all know that no one understands credit
default obligations and derivatives, except
perhaps Mr. Warren Buffett and the computers
that created them.
As the current financial crisis spreads
(like a computer virus)
The computer is at the core of
the global market meltdown
George Dyson is an historian of technology and
the author of "Darwin Among the Machines", a
book that warned us a decade ago that it was
only a matter of time before technology
out-evolves us and takes over.
His new essay "Economic Dis-Equilibrium":
Can You Have Your House and Spend It Too? begins
with a history of stock, originally a stick of hazel,
willow or alder wood, inscribed with notches
indicating monetary amounts and dates. When
funds were transferred, the stick was split

The problem starts, as the current crisis
demonstrates, when unregulated replication
is applied to money itself. Highly complex
computer-generated financial instruments
(known as derivatives) are being produced,
not from natural factors of production or
other goods, but purely from other financial
instruments.
I find it impossible to believe that no one
has access to the algorithm(s) that created these
sub-ligitimate derivatives. Computers do NOT
create their own programs yet ( Not any ones
that work anyway and are certainly not at the
very least tested and tested again by someone! )
so someone or some group had to be responsible
for their design, testing and distribution!
These newly created financial financial
products sold world wide were created by the
finincial community using these relatively
new complex and i believe very well concieved
computer algorithms ( if you want to call
something well conceived as in their ability
to fool so many intelligent and well educated
banking people ).

Going back through my life i start with my current situation. Please note that every court decision the judges made dispite the fact that i'm certified mentaly handycapped and was never granted a lawyer in my defence to boot i was confronted by judges who did not really understand English and my French has a lot of improvement be done to officially call me bi-lingual! Most of the time i doubt any of the judges fully understood the full extent of my issues or even cared since i was only a AKA modit Englais anyway. Cops too are crooked in more ways than one and some act like a fraternity of former gangsters like in 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest' these four fully protected RCMP officers wearing bullet proof vests were if we believe their lies and BS were scared by a lone man holding up a stapler. Now i say this self evident extension of typical police harrassment their fun and games ( only in this case overuse of a deadly weapon called the TASER 5 times in a row ) and lead to the death of a recent visitor from Polland. Problems that i have encountered and raised issues about ranged from physical attacks to constant noise - blaring ie. music till all hours of the night, to neighbours dog dung never collected on a communal yard, etc. etc. Many people are never even caught in their misdeeds to their fellow man like the so called British gentleman who was found to have killed and buried dozens of girls on his property in London. - - - My Bio Overview - - - I have been through no fault of my own survived near or on the edge of existance now for years. With 4 fires in which i lost everything, a near fatal illness brought on by incompetent government food import and inspection testing and control, a hidden or in better descriptive language cover-up of a brain injury suffered and yet results obstructed by deliberate government coverup! This winter of 2009 i slipped on the poorly kept sidewalks and fractured 4 vertebrae in my spinal column to the point of regularly being perscribed hydromorphine by my CLSC recently finally acquired family physician which i previously never had due to our mismanaged healthcare system! Now I find it exceedingly difficult to sit and even painful to lay down without pain killers. I currently collect early retirment pension but since i have not earned enough monies in Canada ( due to the years i worked outside of Canada in USA ) to qualify for enough monies for poverty level income i am given a subsity income by welfare. At this juncture i need to point out that i slaved in my college years ( although i did not know at the time that i had suffered injury as a child by a Bureaucrat employee who struck me with her automobile ) to acquire a deploma in a three year Electro-Technology program which the Canadian government in their infinate wisdom later changed to a 1 year certification program thereby cheapening the value of such certification basicly making any diploma worthless! The fucking government at its best again just as they did with nurses and doctors in the past. Now we are being asked to help out the automotive industry with unionised workers with full retirement benifit packages when my own former company hands out nothing but crap. Meanwhile, i just received a letter from revenue Canada that due to monies i owe the Superior Federal courts for a request for Superior Court hearing into my head injuries incurred as a 5 year old after being hit by someone working for the Federal Child Welfare department which was never dealt with previously and for which even any and all references to the then incurred head injuries which were observed by the brain surgeons were never reported to my or my parents ( ie. were kept quiet ). This request into opening up the past after finding out about these EEG test results following a Access To Information request and waiting many months for archive retreival a few years ago was refused even though i was never granted a lawyer to assist me in filing for this Superior Court hearing am still being charged for their refusal to grant just this process and hearing. In effect they are keeping my normal GST supplement repayment checks untill their bill is payed! This whole affair tagged as docket #T-2116-06 cost me time and effort and monies since about all of 2006 and 2007 in preparation etc. etc. The suit included payment for damages caused by cover-up of critical facts like EEG results in case no. 60-004651. I also currently live in all i can afford which is a room in a rooming house and have been there since 2007 when i was forced to take my landlord to RDL rental court for infestation by cockroaches, bedbugs and mice among other housing rental board offences. Remember Thomas Darcy McGee the then Prime Minister of Canada who brought Canada together in confederation in 1867? Well in 1868 he was shot to death when returning to his rooming house on Spark Street in Ottawa! As with in my numerous RDL cases, many involve violence committed in and around rooming houses where I lived. Numerous hospital reports explaining broken or fractured 7th, 8th and 9th ribs, bones in general and even spinal column T7-T12 and L3 dics! Dispite perminent scaring on my body from these bedbugs to which i appear to have been alergic to, i was not awarded a single cent by the judge in compensation for over a year of fighting and all my costs i had to eat. Again i had no legal aid assistance dispite my mental disabilities and had to deal with everything on my own. After Employment Insurance almost ran out i decided to take a SJAE business management course to become self employed. I became very ill while taking a 'Start your own business' course via the SAJE government program and almost died due to Pyrrolizidine Alkaloid poisoning yet the hospital insisted i had cirrohosis of the liver and told me i needed a liver transplant if i wanted to live. I never went on with their suggestion and have never had any operation of any kind since then ( 1997 ) nevertheless I am still suffering with this near death traumatic incident and no longer trust medical institutions. Prior to having left with wife and son to Dallas on a job transfer within Philips Data Systems in 1979 my dad commited suicide. I was so sensitive to the possibility of this happening yet could not really admit it to myself. When a best friend and myself were out hunting in his sugar bush and a neighbour came to tell me of this tragidy when he approached i actually asked him if my father had been out hunting rabbits, missed and shot himself instead. Admittedly a very bizzar phrase to come out with! When i was a kid, my mother told me that while she was in hospital having me she was given medicine to help her produce milk. They apparently gave her the wrong medicine and ended up in drying her up completely. After all that i have experienced with bungling by hospitals, companies, lawyers and judges etc. how can i ever get over all my traumatic experiences and recover from the brain damage that was never even brought to my attention! If only i could expand on all these traumatic experiences which actually started out not all that traumatic at all but by virtue of total incompitance and in fact outright attempt to 'COVER UP' much as the white man in general has done to the North American Indians and as i see most non white lifeforms in general, i am left with nothing but contempt! A society is the way it treats its disabled and impoverished in general and i now know most of the richest materially wealthy countries treat their disbled like shit especially when it comes to the hidden disability called brain injury! To be sure even more to the point when they try to obfuscate the reality and even more so again when they in the end not only caused the problem but were involved in the coverup to begin with and then even deny the victum of justice. Gödel mistrusted our ability to communicate. Natural language, he thought, was imprecise, and we usually don't understand each other. Gödel wanted to prove a mathematical theorem that would have all the precision of mathematics the only language with any claims to precision but with the sweep of philosophy. He wanted a mathematical theorem that would speak to the issues of meta-mathematics. And two extraordinary things happened. One is that he actually did produce such a theorem. The other is that it was interpreted by the jazzier parts of the intellectual culture as saying, philosophically exactly the opposite of what he had been intending to say with it. GOLDSTEIN: Gödel's did not see language as constructive of reality. Language rather is subordinate to reality. But that doesn't mean that language isn't important in the proof, that there isn't something fascinating going on in the languages spoken, so to speak, within the proof. In fact, the proof is a layering of different kinds of language, and the way in which the proof links these layers is the essence of the proof's strategy. There's the purely mathematical language, and then there is the meta-language that's describing the formal systems themselves, the rules of the formal systems. The cunning is that he gets sentences which say something straightforwardly arithmetical to also say something about themselves. These sentences manage to speak on two levels, and this double-speak is accomplished through what we now call Gödel numbering. Each of the elements in the system has a number, and you can also assign numbers to the well-formed formulas composed of those element, and to the sequences of well-formed formulas, which are what proofs are—by combinatorial rules. Given any string of symbols you can derive the unique number that goes with that string, and vice-versa. Because of the Gödel numbering those propositions are saying something straightforwardly arithmetical but they're also saying something about themselves, something about their own formal properties. The minbar was a symbol of the victory of the commander Salah Eddine and his conquest of Al Quds. By burning it, the Israelis wished to erase this symbol.
