Let's talk about human rights, and double standard too.

Human rights in North America: if anyone who knows North
American history, he/she knows that nowadays Americans and
Canadians did not belong this land in the first place,
it belonged to the First Nations, who were killed, driven
out of their homeland and now live in remove areas in
extreme poverty.

Their voices were never heard, the history of North
America is a history full of blood shed of the First
Nation people.

Look at human rights in recent history of US: US 
was the harbor of notorious slavery system, one 
of the darkest moments in human history; it also
holds The Guantanamo Bay detention, a torture
camp for prisoners; it invaded Iraq killing 
ten of thousands of civilian people, it has
the biggest military expenditure.

The median have been mute on the pro-china 
demonstration last Sunday, but if it were 5 
monks against China, these biased media will
be faithfully reporting it as this is a free
speech world! How ironic!

Now what about our Canadian Human Rights?

Maybe someone should tell Kim that fat girls aren’t 
the ones buying Playboy. The magazine’s target 
demographic is guys who enjoy jerking off and 
the occasional socially relevant read while 
they’re on the crapper. If the Great Satan 
wanted to empower fat girls so bad, she 
should have tried posing in Woman’s Day 
or the Dress Barn catalog or Fat Girl 
Weekly or whatever it is that fat girls 
read in between eclairs and corndogs. I’m 
guessing magazines coated in mylar to make 
the pages impervious to grease stains. Speaking 
of which, there’s a novel idea, Playboy! Lamination! 
The gift that keeps on giving. Maybe Kim did inspire 
something good after all.

The doctor who performed liposuction and a breast 
reduction on rapper Kayne West’s mother Dr. Donda 
West the day before her death has been revealed as 
a drunken incompetent plagued by malpractice suits. 
People Magazine says [Dr. West’s] operation, 
performed by Dr. Jan Adams, lasted eight 
hours, twice as long as expected, 
leading other doctors to 
speculate that something 
may have gone wrong during the procedure. 
According to a separate report, the California Medical 
Board sought to revoke Adams’s physician and surgeon’s 
certificate this year following multiple DUI arrests in 
recent years. [It was also reported that] another 
plastic surgeon recently refused to perform procedures 
on Donda West due to a health condition that 
allegedly made her susceptible to a heart 
attack.

TMZ says of the malpractice suits:

Bonita Hovey claims in December 2005, Dr. Adams 
performed a tummy tuck on her and botched the job. 
According to the suit, Hovey claims Adams “
negligently failed to possess and exercise, 
in both diagnosis and treatment, that reasonable 
degree of knowledge and skill that is ordinarily 
possessed and exercised by other physicians and 
surgeons … [Dr. Adams] failed to give the plaintiff 
proper preoperative and postoperative follow up care 
… resulting in a “postoperative infection” that caused 
her to undergo two surgeries to remove sutures and 
revise her scar.

The suit claims Adams made a “false assertion that he 
was a board certified plastic surgeon” and she relied 
on that representation in choosing him.

But wait! There’s more!

According to the suit filed by [Teana Lucas], after 
the [liposuction] procedure, [Dr. Adams] told her she 
should get dressed and that he was taking her out for 
dinner. After three glasses of wine, the medicated 
plaintiff claims she was “heavily intoxicated” when 
Dr. Adams took her to his house and had sexual 
intercourse with her. Lucas claims she became 
pregnant and Dr. Adams… referred her to an OB/GYN 
who could “take care of the problem.” Lucas also 
claims he botched her two surgeries. She sued for 
sexual battery and malpractice. Adams denied all 
the allegations, but settled the case.

You usually only find this type of doctor on a 
soap opera or in a back alley in Guatemala. It’s 
easy on a soap opera to know he’s evil — the eye 
patch and frequent soliloquies in which he 
proclaims his plans to eliminate the Bradys 
once and for all are a dead giveaway. It’s 
much harder to tell in real life. A good rule 
of thumb is if your doctor has 14 different 
malpractice suits and three DUIs and penchant 
for knocking up his patients post-surgery, he’s

I've been made to feel like a imigrunt ( imigrent )
in my own homeland and country of birth!
For once i'd like to receive reasonable accomodation
in my country, province and city of birth!

Paying a relative fortune today to live in
rental dwellings where thousands of newly
landed imigrants are competing over already
over-run old apartments full of insects and
vermin and run by overzelous greedy slum
lords also competing with brand new condo 
developments in the same realistate causes
exposure to chronic stress which in turn
is the cause of disease, suiside, and early
death let alone a compromised ability to
get ahead let alone the ability to escape
ones reality ie. those are the crieteria
or is the definition of and constitutes 
torchure.

I think that as a native Canadian by birth
i at least qualify for a reasonable accomidation.
Now here i;m not necessarily even talking about
the Gamray commission on reasonable accomidation
type accomidation as in being allowed to wear
head gear as i like ( ie. My cowboy hat in court)
but a bloody clean non insect and rodent infested
appartment that where i'm not assulted by noise
from crazy drugged up or drunken neighbours.

Yet since my return from Dallas and New Orleans 
in the early 90's, that's all i've found in this
increasingly retroversing/retrograding city of 
Mount-Real (Montreal)

In fact i'm learning half assed Anglosized French
from citizens and newcommers here and relearning
basterdized English from people who Know neither
English or French properly and have a profound
influence in getting me to copy their screwed up
version. They also seem to be very well versed
in bringing vermin and insects here in their
luggage which they later manage to find rooms
and apartments for who i as a TBI disabled person
must compete for in the market place.

Does the fucking government here care so little
about the future that it is willing to make the
few original Canadians into second class citizens
apparently serving only as pseudo citizens and
perhaps in some misguided fluke of imigration
policy miscalculation get most of these newcomers
to see just how little the government cares about
its own citizens that they decide to get the hell
out and return to their original homeland before
they too are victims.

 My war on substandard housing, slum
 lords in general and the torchure i've
 suffered in their hands all the while
 making them comfortably wealthy with
 the rent i pay for things i should be
 and am not getting as part of the 
 dwelling contract! In its stead 
 i'm getting in fact a dwelling where-in 
 im forced to share an overpriced room 
 with tiny aggrivating guests namely 
 vermin and blood sucking filthy 
 creatures who not only destroy me but
 also impead me from ever having a chance
 of advancing myself or pulling myself out
 of the virtual gutter i'm in while being
 percicuted.

 Besides suffering from TBI as a child i
 am also constantly put through the hell
 each and every day of aphasia:
 Aphasia (or aphemia) is a loss of the 
 ability to produce and/or comprehend 
 language, due to injury to brain areas 
 specialized for these functions.
 Along with that i am also hyper-
 sensitive especially to changes in 
 daily routine and living situations.
 Difficulty articulating myself and
 comming up with the right words in
 pressure situations end even in 
 general. Problems with spelling.
 Easily distracted from completing
 task at hand especially when side
 tracked by noises such as mice 
 knawing and scratching in walls,
 cupboards and drawers as was the
 case while i was preparing for my
 10 millian dollar suprime court
 case to get compensation for just
 these injuries mentioned as a kid.


Often people who suffered from TBI
have hidden disabilities that 
include a very low threshold or
tollerance for social and financial
injustice and inequalities.
Mental disabilities are not visable
as in the case of muscular or 
neurolgic disabilities but are non
the less very real and need the
ethical respect they deserve.

When any month comes to an end and
a new one starts, no landlord wants
or tolerates excuses why 1/2 or 3/4
of the rent is missing.
Likewise, i expect if things are
not right that things be put into
order el-pronto / tout suite!

If and when problems are neglected
and they compound themselves to
boot, we have a case of inverse
compounded interrested.
In other words, the more days, 
weeks months and even years that
go by, the poorer not only 
financialy but immotionaly, 
spiritually, personal posessions
self esteem and pride inevitably
suffer as well to the point to
where you are unable to cope
with anything and often even
end up getting into serious
trouble with not only police but
people, companies and anyone
who has the missfortune of
dealing with you during this
negatively compounded 
tremendously seemingly 
inescapable downtroden period.

In other words, we cannot allow
slumlords or anyone to ever step
on or overstep their comparitively
overwhelming and powerful position
with regards to disabled and
financially impoverished tenants.
I suspect that is why recently
( November 2007 ) eight (8) 
emergency inspectors were hired 
to correct the serious problems 
the RDL is having against just 
the sort of slumlords i've
mentioned herin throughout MTL.


After all it's not like vermin
and blood thirsty insects are
something new for landlords to
contend with like SARS or AIDS.
Since a long time there are and
have been experts in the 
extermination that are very 
capable of taking care of the 
menesing and unwanted visitors 
in a timely manner.


Failure to implement such 
corrective action as paramount
to torchuring a tenent as has
recently been described and
condemed by victims of barbaric
torchure present in the insect 
infested prisons in Seria and
other countries.


Some people, especially in the case of prolonged exposure are
almost insensitive to those who are pitting their homes like

period, the legs of the bed can be placed in containers
such as cans, filled with soapy water which prevents

The landlord Mr. PEI Yiliu does or did not even

since most everything they got into was eventually
spoiled and thrown out including clothes, parts
of my suprime court law suit which they managed to
chew to pieces.

If the outer envelope is torn mattress, bedbugs may have

mismanaged the attack against the mice in
the building, i strongly suspect that the
bed bugs had a good oportunity to 
thorughly infest the building by riding on the backs of the mice.
