Along the same lines: Take the issue of federal equalization payments to the Provinces! Of all the recommendations that Romano made, the one issue that all of the provinces and even the Federal Government can agree to disagree about, is the recommended creation of a seperate agency to monitor how the monies the provinces get is spent! We all know deep down in side, that much of the money received by the Provinces, is or was earmarked / used for other than Medical issues or purposes. (Like Qu‚bec's continued costly RAFERAN-DUMBS). None of the provinces want to totally disclose what they do with all the monies they receive from the Federal-iz! Much like the American monies siphoned during the American Drug enforcement scandles / scandals and other money laundering scandals like Watergate, the Iran-Contra scandal, Whitewater and Enron / Bush pre-election payoff. They (the governing bodies) in our democratic society, are all simply a bunch thugs, posturing as do-gooder, who are every bit as evil and crooked as most of the so called terrorists of today (only the so-called clean hi-society people today manage to hide their true colors like the WOLF in "Little red riding hood" hiding underneath a clean white sheep skin). Terrorists are forced into using their terrorist solutions, mainly because they don't have the time, money or patience to go through our slow, biased and often crooked legal system which inherently favours certain members of society and activities. At least when terrorists attack, they kill, not like the pirannas and torturturists of our high social standards "white cloaked wolves", who manage to constantly (using perceived legal and humain actions) take bloody well what they want from the sheep of their flock. Think never ending taxes, bank property and dwelling forclosures (note that farms of late have a hugh forclosure rate due to very unpredictable weather conditions, but most what most people don;t know, is that even the ancient babylonians forgave all debt to farmers who had a bad year). Other grave injustices of our society are jail sentencing for crimes not comitted (and little or no compensation for these misdeeds of society), courts taking kids away from fathers simply because they're biased in womans favour, people that manage to legaly screw us, due to obscure legal loopholes that preclude their punishment under existing laws. There are even huge legal holes in the legal system of western countries regarding software manufactures that get away with selling downright defective by any standard junk software and even become filthy rich selling us this expensive sub-standard buggy software that never properly worked and never will be made to work properly, because our legal system has no handle let alone clout over these virtual criminals, the creators and distributers of said software! The removal of laws that once protected us against gambling tendencies have now been removed by the very government that now has gone into business pushing us into this nasty habit. If the government doesn't attempt to curtail our potential bad habits, and actualy encourages them, where do people struck by multiple incidents of bad luck turn? These and other constant little nags, that eventually cause people to crack. It simply has to be expected. We should NOT BE Surprised by acts of reprisal by certain individuals in a desperate urge or need to get even. In fact we SHOULD expect it with increasing regularity! So long as there are people hell bent on taking much more than their fare share from others, there will exist a need for revenge in one form or another. Drugs and Alchohol and gambling are prime examples in our western society, where the sheepskin cloaked wolves, have taken it upon themselves to take huge profits on the psysological weakness of others! This is a grand form of injustice, since in reality, all drugs and alchohol can now be mass-produced for next to nothing! This is what they should cost for those with the serious problems. This is because the problems these people have, is costly enough to themselves. As for the rest of us (so called) moderate gamblers, drug and alcholol users, etc. who can afford it, could excuse massive profit taking, yet not become too overly depressed about such costs. But to screw someone for their weakness, is unconsciencable in a society that supposably prides itself on so called "real justice". To jail them on top of all the expenses of these habits, is even more socialy self defeating and asking for serious social long term problems and further cracks on our social fabric. Another thread of thaught in a similar vein: Just Think of how many people were, (quint essentially) murdered by a small group of people in the Canadian government and included some of their top medical specialists! In the name of saving money to help line their pockets [get raises and promotions], rather than wisely spending monies on better blood screening technology, which was at that time available for use in blood screening products on blood acquired from people who were known carriers of deadly blood diseases. As is now and for years gone past, nothing much was done and probably ever will be done against these murderers. Even the people affected, get nothing but a pittance. This is even the case now, given that most of their victims are already dead, and will never receive a single solitary compensatory penny! Let's admit it! Laws in our society, whether they are gun laws or money embezzlement laws, are completely different for the rich and powerful vs the and the poor, the and weak! A poor man rips off a loaf of bread, and gets a sentance of a year in prison (after a few unrelated previous convictions), yet a wealthy CEO rips off millions, and gets a slap on the wrist plus a $100,000 fine! It would seem, with this much social and moral injustice, that for many, the only possible way of equaling the playing field and get even, is just that they must become (so called) criminals and/or terrorists. However, according to many in this world, the real terrorists are those who provide loopholes in the law for those (the wolves in white coats) to susceed in ripping the rest of us off, all the while making a different set of legal possibilities available to the rest of society! The Pig farmers and wolves in white coats of society, actualy manage such things as child slavery, drug money laundering, corporate embezzlement, and other dubious activities, all the while pretending they are against these activities and sounding off loudly (as in William Shakespheres' "thou doeth protesteth too loudly") is usually found to be the guilty one. They (the so called puritan right wing democrats) in reality are promoting the very slavery, illegal drug cartels, corrupt corporations and government agencies they pretend to fight against. A prime example is pretending they are fighting drugs, all the while sucking the blood money out of the pushers after they are caught and prosecuted (there-by in reality, these loud-mouthed do-gooders, effectively become or play the role of the ultimate king-pin of all illegal drug activity). Their (the wolfs in white sheep- skin coats) motto probably would be, let's fatten the bloody pushers wallets with the suckers money, before we nail them, so we can get it all! (analogy to Hanzel+Grettle, let's fatten the little kids before we tell em there here to be slaughtered, and devoured by the wicked witch) After the big drug dealers and pushers have fattened themselves enough from the publics purses, the real controllers of society move in and feast off of the kill! Then the spoils are split amongst themselves and their friends (lawyers, judges, police, etc.) Just how many billions are ever confiscated and exactly where does that money go?
