On my medical chart (rather book) it says, Ascites of unknown origin
Did the doctors know what i had? NO
Did any of their hi-tech multi million dollar machines
including MRIs' help diagnose the problem? NO!
Simple research found the cause of this ailment calledPAP

STATEMENT OF CLAIM
Facts
With regards to ( however not limited to ) the unrecorded ( ie.
no police record ) compound head fracture received on March 09,
1960 to which Mr. Chris Meyers never received any follow up
counceling, psychologic evaluation, or coping skills training.
See recently acquired medical report from Montreal Neurological
Hospital archives and related documentation.
In fact Mr. Meyers was never aware that he incurred brain injury
at that time since there seems to have been a cover-up that
occured concerning the whole incident, perhaps due to the fact
that the driver of the vehicule in question was apparently a
employee working for child welfare at the time.
In fact, Mr. Meyers has only recently found out the subtle yet
long lasting disabling effects of TBI ( traumatic brain injury )
by way of the Internet ( see http://www.

) which explains some reasons why TBI victims are not even
aware they have a problem themselves ( see one of the key symptoms:
- Poor awareness of cognative limitations ) yet there more serious
known disabling and performance limiting symptoms of TBI of which
Mr. Meyers has fallen victim to including but not limited to a
practicaly non-existant carrier, a failed marriage early in life,
few friends, and many minor run-ins with the law.
Mr. Meyers also notes that as a youth he recalls suffering from what
we now know to be PTSD yet he hid the symptoms for fear of unnerving
his parents and sisters.
Why did the medical system hide the results of the EEG evidence
from Mr. Meyers? ( Again see attached documents ). Why did Mr. Meyers
have to hunt down the archived medical chart only to discover EEG
he never even knew about yet had suspicions.
Why was there never any follow up inquiries made about the emotional
condition of Mr. Meyers?
Why did Mr. Meyers never receive any counceling, emotional evaluation
or other follow-up investigation of his mental and emotional health
after the brain injury occured at say 5 or 10 year intervals?
In fact, why was there no police report done concerning the original
transgression at the time?
It would seem that after the hospital released him ( flung Mr. Meyers
into the world to fend for himself ), buried the medical report files
in the archives the whole rotten affair was assumed to be over!
Considering his brain injury is non-congenital, there is little that
can now be done to correct any negative symptoms, but the negligence
of the whole system in not having provided at least awareness of the
EEG results and coping advice to Mr. Meyers at an early age, is
tantamount to condeming Mr. Meyers to a lifetime sentence of perpetual
torture since now anyway it's too late to go back to pre-college.
Further Mr. Meyers alleges that in 1998 while he was dieing with a
diagnosis of liver cirrhosis and was recommended for liver
transplantation to save him. Yet he was so depressed he declined
preferring death to being butchered alive.
A Good thing too, since he has since then determined that a
misdiagnosis or failed interpretations of symptoms was carried out!
It seems that all the doctors involved failed to take one other
issue into account, that being PA poisoning which mimmics cirrhosis
exactly.
Since that year of near death experience, Mr. Meyers has lived in
countless slum dwellings all over Montreal, been attacked countless
times drug addicts, unethically incarcerated by the police for
ambigous reasons, lost all his few remaining posessions several
times either in fires or due to fires and ensueing theft or slum
lord calousness.
In fact Mr. Meyers has in vain so far, tried via the Regie du Loyer
to take legal action against some of these slum lords in Montreal
and still after in some cases 4 years still is awaiting hearings
on these outstanding issues and assults. For a person with TBI and
with the exceedingly high sensitivity as as someone with TBI usually
is, this situation is unacceptable. Being forced to live in slum
like conditions and not being able to obtain justice.
Relief Sought
Mr. Meyers is therefore forced to sue the Canadian Government to a
tune of $300 Million for general negligence in not insuring at
least follow up after his TBI thereby causing him a life of torture,
pain and anguish.
Extenuating arguments
To boot, the Canadian government has over the years been constantly
whittling down monies to mental patients facilities ( psychietry,
care facilities, low income dwellings, GP access, etc. )
Since the Government of Canada is the one in charge of regulations
and the general health care of Canadians ( including the actions
or lack thereof: like the CFIA who still does not test for PA
poisoning substances in imported foods. ) This reality almost cost
the Canadian Medical System a needless liver transplant in 1998.
Further the Canadian Government is, has been and continues to
become more and more cheap regarding disenfranchised citizens by
continuing to cut back in stead of improving conditions, facilities
etc.. for the poor and the rest of the public.
The plantiff therefore claims the following:
1) 44 years of torchure without knowing the exact nature or origin
of his difficulties relating to peoples and short term memory
problems. ie. In college having to spend an exorbident amount
of time studying to attchieve average grades in electro-
technology. Still Mr. Meyers has problems with his spelling.
2) Mr. Meyers initially survived in the business world even going
to Dallas Texas as products specialist with then wife and son
at the expense of Philips Corp. only two years later to be
fired for joking around one Saturday while performing yearly
inventory survey. ( see other symptom of TBI in Exibit "A" page
of attachments "conflicts with peers" etc. ).
3) Had Mr. Meyers at least been told about his abnormal EEG
results as a teenager, and been cognisant of his limitations
he may well have carved a different carreer path. Now stuck in
a highly competative and cognitively intensive field where
people are expected to multitask, etc. Mr. Meyers certainly
finds himself out in the cold and for that matter has so for
many many years now.
4) In fact, Mr. Meyers whole life was not only one of constant
subliminal torture, but in fact his whole life has been
comprimized due to general government negligence, coverups,
lack of concern for peoples who poccess less than normal
cognitive abilities. ie. Those peoples are and have been
abused by the government itself.

5) Mr. Meyers requires these monies not so much for himself, but
to begin building a low cost housing project using peoples
who are suffering mental issues as a community of peoples
who are at last respected , heard and subsequently responded
to.
If a person like Mr. Meyers with relatively mild ( yet
overwhelming especially if not aware of them ) cognitive
deficiencies can be driven to near madness by slum lords,
how can people with more severe conditions possibly survive
current intollerable housing conditions?
Over the past several years after having been poisoned by
Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids ( PAs ) due to financial constraints
he was forced to live in dumps owned by slum lords and thus
attemped to get justice for wrong-doings to him via the
Regie du Loyer.

Most all of these cases dispite some being over 3 years old
have never been heard let alone resolved. Further causing
mental anguish and contributing to the bigger reality of huge
whirlpool of torchure during all this time Mr. Meyers due
mainly to depression and frustration, has obtusely for various
reasons ended up in jail for periods of time, again further
forcing his weak mental hand into still further degredation.
To simplify all this, let's just say that it's like a snowball
to hell itself. The longer time goes on, the more screw-ups
that occur, the faster and greater the screw-ups that follow.
Notice below, fires never due to Mr. Meyers negligence yet
have obviously further disrupted Mr. Meyers already fragile
condition.

Recently we've seen the world over government stripes and colors competing to become the elected party have been increasingly elected in a minority capacity. That holds true also recently once again in Canada who recently had an election on January 23rd. 2006. Prior to that election i sent all party chiefs a email letter advising them to pay attention to one of the most overlooked electral demographics of these days, the old, retired, ill, welfare recipients, disabled, unemployed, college kids, etc. ie. The disenfranchised or marginal ( non gainfully employed ) demographic. This demographic is seriously in a growth pattern and it ain't gonna stop or reverse itself in trend, yet these people currently represent 30+% of the electorate. Now how many blinders does every party have to wear to not go after this populace for votes? Well i'll tell yea, NONE of the parties i emailed the following letters responded let alone opted to propose the implementation of any of my suggestions thereby as i pre-supposed and warned them, non of these political parties would exit with a clear majority victory in fact the parties support became more fractured between parties and geographic location. As it turned out, i was saddened at how many symptoms i myself showed which were listed on that TBI injury / symptom chart i suffered from yet never thought twice about as being a real disability. I wrote the Montreal Neurological Center who had previously treated me as a kid and i asked them for a copy of all records of my treatments and diagnosis in February of 2004. In April 2004 i received a letter back stating that it was still in storage somewhere and could not be located. It was not until June 29th. 2004 that my records were found and that was after bugging them for months that it was important to me that they locate my diagnostics medical records. In those documents it stated exactly what i had never been told before but yet had somehow suspected. I had had brain injury since childhood from that car that struck me and was never told by anyone of the results of those tests! By-the-by the car was driven by one of those Quebec child- care workers of the time working for the church. This whole thing is the most incredible cover-up and once again propagated by a Liberal government ( at that time it was Primier Jean Lesage ) since it was March 9th. 1960 and i have suffered from that in many ways since then and from other medical screw-ups as well ( see below ). A warning that without concern and cutting some slack to the aged, disabled, welfare recipients, and cronicly ill any prospective political party might as well hang up their skates cause the outcome of the election will have been nothing but an effort in futility! Since real monitary increases in welfare, disability and pension income have virtually been non-existant during that time period, I suggest providing a special card for those people which will allow free public transportation and exemption from all sales taxes including GST and PST from any and all purchases. Also ( and this is important ) any complaint brought to the small claims court or Regie du Logement ( by the above mentioned demographic ) must be placed in top priority for hearing. This is extreemly necessary since Poor, old and disabled people simply do not have the time, money and often the mental or physical resources ( memory ) to endure lengthy drawn cases where the hearing dates may be set for months or even years later. Also any government legal type services usually charged for working people should be made available for free ( only for this demografic ). I can think of a few examples: Access to Information fees, Fire reports, accident reports, medical reports, etc. Important as well is that current discriminatory rules enforced by judges such as forceably being required to remove hats or other clothes be eliminated or removed forever from the books at least concerning the handycapped, aged and otherwise impoverished ( ie. street people ) if for no other reason than that those people are already humble enough due to their plight! Above all in any of the above type cases of poverty where any person has or can show by verifiable accusation that any government or institution in Canada has wronged or transgressed that person via any coverup, or other sneeky low down trick(s) including medical misdiagnosis, shall immediately be compensated for via direct ( non taxable non deductable against any other current benafits, ) a mutualy agreed upon restitution package OR be provided with quality lawyer(s) to work out a more suitable compensation package from the Federal Government. As i explained to you and as well as showed you my
forehead scar, you all "the Montreal Neurological Institute"
took care of me when i was about 4.5 years old
after i suffered a serious auto accident when
a nurse driving struck me and i incured a cracked
forhead on impact. Yet you did not want anything
to do with me since the hospital has not after 3
months been able to locate my records. You told me
to find a general practioner or family doctor since
as you said you don't know me or the background of
my injury. Yet as I explained to you that i cannot
find a general practioner or family doctor and also
even if i did, he/she would not know more of me than
do you. Also i mentioned that all my life i have been
suffering from many neurological symptoms related
to the typical symptoms of someone who suffered
from TBI. I asked you why i or my parents were never
told and given written notification of the possibility
that there was a good chance that i could suffer from
the very symptoms that i only now realize i have
suffered all my life. Instead, of geting this important
information from you all here, ( about TBI ) i found it
by chance on the Internet while browsing and researching
for another illness i have.
This document described exactly the very disabling
nature of some of the side effects of TBI and made me
feel as though i was reading about myself ( the severe
depressions, the moodyness, the lack of speed in movement
and speech, total lack of short term memory, at times
unable to remember even to this day how to spell many
words correctly, often saying the wrong thing at the
wrong time since i was a child and to this day.
( ie. punching walls, crying for hours by myself, etc. )
Only the recent acquisition of this knowledge makes
me realise now that this amounts to child / adult
abuse i have gone through all my life due to the
severe mental shortcomings which originate from the
original skull fracture caused by the automobile
accident when that nurse struck me when i was less
than 5 years old, and the fact that neither the
Montreal Neuroligical Hospital nor any other Quebec
or for that matter Canadian social ( child welfare or
other organization ) over bothered to tell me or
guide me about the possible residual negative long
term effects that the accident could possibly cause me.
(specifically, no followup after inital hospitalization
and treatment of my skull fracture)
Now all those childhood traumas, pain and abuse
coupled with a cascade of recent unprecidented
negative events plus the looming of negative
events that occured over the past 45 years. Add
that to constant pestering by Welfare to submit
and resubmit crazy documentation (go here - go
there - bring this form, fill out that form - etc.
etc. ) Worse yet is the damn Regie du Loyer who
make you do all kinda shit, and never give you a
court date to get your monies back from corrupt
landlords, added to constant social program cutbacks,
lack of family and personel medical doctors, etc. etc.
has made me really crazy. With lack of adaquate monies
for myself along with current world globalization
and global chaos in general, constant corporate
or company downsizing all the while raising the
technological bar and intelligance / performance
expectations of everyone working or attempting to
find work has left me in a lurch and perminently
depressed, with no prospects of anyone ever hiring
me - or for me keeping any good job if i were hired
due to my mental disabilities / weaknesses.
Don't matter anyway. Because of many mistakes
in the past by both doctors and hospitals, i
have no interest in going to visit any doctors
anyway. Hell, i even have had papers from welfare
to get prostheses since last year, but would
rather not go to the dentist since i found out
they will only do a botch up job anyway since i'm
on welfare. ( ie. unnecessairly pull teeth that
don't need pulling [ they've already told me so ] )
Not only that, i completely distrust all doctors
anyway by the way they have screwed me and other
people up.
Now that i suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
( PTSD ) only a legal action suit will cleanse the
air and heal my financial wounds.
Now being that i am a complete mental and emotional
cripple due to all the facts mentioned here-in with
no hope of ever escaping these man perpetuated
( non congenital ) mental conditions and effects, I
shall be compelled to do something in the legal
direction!
Even through the good times, when work was
plentyful, and the economy was strong, my work
history was inconsistant. My emotional stability
has always been questionable, and i've gone from
job to job and woman to woman, i now realise was
because of that initial TBI.
Not only in Canada but even when i worked in Dallas
and New Orleans for about 10 years, similar emotional
problems existed.
I can't seem to get along with many people at
least that is what i'm being told ( to the point
that my landlord just asked me to move out last Month )
She told me that no one there likes me.
The way i see it, if you are born with an illness
it is kind of just too bad, but if mankind induces
an illness ( mental or other ) into a person and
then further agrivates the severity of the
condition by effectively making life not easier
but harder for that person to cope ( like making
someone who needs a wheelchair and you all give them
one with square wheels in stead of round ones ).
Thats exactly what you all institutions and hospitals
are making me feel your doing to me!

so too is legal courthouse battling!
However; sometimes it is the last and
only way to resolve unresolved issues!
These days it happens to concern
care, doctors, hospitals, police, and in
fact the system as it pertains to our
institutions in general.
My case may be an extreem case of bad luck
if you believe in that crap. I call it a
runing string of medical malpractice events
over the past 7 years, with negligence
( non-events or mis-diagnosis ) that
together have now managed to perminently
ruin my life. ( i was down to < 100 lbs.
and i was told i was going to die unless
i got a liver transplant.
It seems forever now that i have felt mentaly
stiffled and crippled due to my non congenital
brain damage ( mental shortcomings ).
Yet the Montreal Neurologic Hospital conceiled
thet very fact from me and my parents that i
incured brain damage on March 9th. 1960 in that
accident when i was only 5 1/2 years of age in
their archive files untill i found out about it
through the freedom of information act in 2004.
There is a thing called Traumatic Brain Injury
forwhich i have never been compensated and which
it seems is and has been hindering me all my
life in attaining any real success, and has
and especially now IS causing me emense emotional
stress and depression.

Lately especially, due to the cutbacks by
our governments ( medical / social programs
desolution ) and an ever increasing demand for
only the smartest of people in this globalized
world marketplace, i'm feeling more and more
out of place and without any hope of earning
a good living as i did some years back when
companies and corporations had a lower standard
when hiring employees, and more likely to keep
them despit short comings and the odd outburst.
Now let us take a look at why i was initially
diagnosed with everything from Pancreatitis,
portal vein thrombosis, splenic vein thrombosis
cirrhosis, ascites, spontaneous bacterial
peritonitis, fatigue... and why the specialist
could never conclude why i even got the chylous
ascites.
It's simply due to excess stress from my striving
to cope with my mental disability while trying to
learn a new skill (SAJE self employment training program)
and along comes a natural poison called PAs that
on rare occasions exist in nature in honey and
sometimes found in cereals. These poisons coupled
with the excess stress, simulate cirrhosis and also
cause ascites. That is what my research has concluded.
According to my Internet research prolonged stress
over prolonged periods of time alone can and does
cause most all illnesses.
The fact that i'm alive, and have had no operations
is the key element here now! By the time i'm through
with these bungling idiots who call themselves doctors
they'll wish i wasn't so stubborn and actually had let
them operate on me. However i was stubborn and didn't
care if i lived or died i escaped their steely knives.
That's why i'm going to kick legal ass now.
If hospitals continue to threaten people and actually
do unnecessary operations and make all kinds of other
mistakes, is it any wonder our health care system lays
near financial ruin. What of all the people who's
lives these institutions of mass destruction have
adversly affected, and how people these damn hospitals
have unnessarely killed. It's time to fix our health
care system in Canada and i think i have a key answer.
Meanwhile, i refused all operations even though they
all told me i would die without a liver transplant
within 2 years if i refused.
Meanwhile, it now has been 6 years and i still don't
have a single scar except the original one on my
forehead. And guess what? i'm one of the only
ones who actually saved the Canadian Medical System
1/2 million dollars and yet i'm still alive.
What i do know now however contrary to the Specialist
Doctors is what caused all this shit and i'll be dammed
if i'll let it happen again.
i now know i have a long term disability, and it was
caused by some nurse bitch who struck me when i was a
kid causing me to receive perminent brain damage by TBI
Then the Institutions in general shirking their respon-
sibilities and not following up on what i now find out
to have been a clear indication on MRI scaning when i
was knee high to a grasshopper that indeed i did have
a notable brain wave inadaquacy after the TBI incured.

After the system has taken advantage of a mentaly dis-
advantaged person for so long and beat him into the
ground, almost killed him on multiple occasions, it's
time to fight back. I may be slow and depressed most
of the time, but i'm not going to let the system get
away with what they've recently gotten away with nor
with what they got away with when i was too young to
fight back on my own to get my just compensation.

You may think people who recently died because the
doctors or nurses simply made a one time mistake
exchanging HCl with KCl when toping off a dialysis

one time rare error. No, it happens every day!
I barely got finished writing the above, when 2 days
later, i find out exactly the same thing occured in
Calgary last month! I'm telling ya all, the f'in CPMA
needs to be put out of business, and hospitals need
reorganization. If they Fuck up after that, let em

dropped on the Canadians by the two American pilots over

Canadians who got creamed, signed up to die.

I already tried mcGill legal aid, however they are far

I have 4 inter-related major
lawsuits / legal action suits i want very badly to undertake and
i'll briefly describe them below, later i'll go
into each one in detail. Again in order of precedence,
Who should ( can ) i sue in each case
is one of my main concerns. Perhaps i could join
the first 3 together into one major legal action
against the government in general.
#1) Concerning when i was run over
at just 4¾ years of age in 1958.
The basic predicate for all legal actions are that
i have had and continue to acquire additional Cognative
imperment, and more and more limited executive thinking
ability, some dementia, and on occasion full blown memory
failure, since i was a child.
These intended legal actions are both premptive ( prior
to my reaching old age ) and postemptive ( for all past
excessive struggles and mental cruelty and torchures )
legal persuits of justice in regard to past, present and
future losses with regard to not having been nor being
able to make a decent living possible.
There seems to be an effort by some people to
minimalize my suffering in my past. This tendancy is
myopic and typical of people who have never experienced
that type of suffering or people who just plain have it
too good themselves to care about anyone else but
themselves. To my mind, this type of thinking has no
place and need not be pandered to. My suffering was real
and painful on multiple levels of conscienceness. Only
perhaps you should try it to get the real sensation, like
perhaps viewing Mel Gibsons "The passion of christ".
The things i've already had to endure, most people would
have already cracked by that. The pressure of not having
a TERM memory and the pressures put upon me fighting this
known weakness, further strained my psyechie.
There is no way i can have an equal footing on this NEW
GLOBALIZED WORLD stage, with these known and serious
mental handicaps and impairments i have.
When a low life scum bucket like myself has to come
along and teach doctors how TO and NOT TO do medicine,
that's a sad day. Perhaps that's the day we need to
re-evaluate many things.
Doctors as well as the legal profession jumping to
assumptions and conclusions is not to be forgiven
an any reality or sub-reality. They have no god given
right to screw with peoples lives. They are not God.
Any attempt to play that role, needs to be met with
severe punishment, if for no other reason than to set
an example.

Should i try to sue the woman who struck me after loosing
control of her car causing my skull to be split open?
The woman was a nurse working for child welfare.
I don't even know if she's still alive.
I should find out her name from the medical records
of the event currently being searched at the
Montreal Neurological Hospital.
Or should i sue her employer at the
time -- i believe she was working for youth
protection or some such thing.

2) No follow-up after the accident
when i was 4¾ years of age (1958 - date)
I was basicly left to fend for myself after the accident
to this day. No Psycological or other help was ever provided.
in fact i never even had a PET, SPECT, fMRI too determine the
exact damage and long term impact that this traumatic blow
( the automobile ) to my head at the tender age of 5yrs had.
Now after years of learning to basicaly live with (inspite of)
this damage, i find myself increasingly unable to remember
ITEMS and have less and less capability of accessing short
term memory items.
Now i know i've been on certain anti depression drugs, and all
i can say is that thay don't do a darned thing for me except
make me more depressed. I hear now that suicides have increased
sharply with the increased administration of SSRIs like Paxil,
zoloft, .... and i can well see why!
There is however some promise on the horrizon with the advent
of rTMS. This is some sort of marriage of technologies ie.
MRIs and TCMS ( Trans Cranial Magnetic Stimulation ) only it's
done repeatitively.
( TCMS (TMS) and new rTMS to treat depression treatments were
ever provided nor were TCMS or was i ever provided with
psycologist or other helps. )
I now ask!
Should i sue her, ( her Insurance company? ) or the company she
worked for, for failure to follow up and provide
me with psychological profiling, testing, memory
evaluation, and general guidence to ensure i had
the coping skills necessary to deal with this cruel
and unusual incident: the scars, along with
the reduced abilities and capabilities etc. etc. that resulted?
Or perhaps sue her former boss the canadian or
quebec government since she was working at the time.

3) Medical pre-emptive / post-emptive malpractice (1998 - date)

Medical Malpractice in regard to making a small
issue ( my original complaint of abdomin pain in Emergency )
into a huge problem for them and an even bigger problem for me.

easily could have been much more serious and even deadly for me!

4) Former Employer 1981-1983 Philips Corp. of Dallas Tx.
Who after bringing my wife, son and i to Dallas in 1981,
went on to fire me less than 2 years later without
proper and decent procedure when the IBM PC came out.
Also i need to contact the US government for income
Tax recovery from taxes they deducted from source.
Now i would like to know, what avenue of legal action you

After being struck by the nurse / child care worker
in whatever motor vehicule she was driving, i was driven
bleeding to the nearest hospital 12 miles away. After
which i was transfered from that local country hospital
to the Montreal Neurological institute for treatment.
Several days later i underwent EEG testing
and later released from Hospital in my parents care.
This was great!
Everyone was happy! Their son was OK, or was he really?
He certainly felt ok, and the doctors said he was OK,
Yet how i ask can a young kid know if he/she is really ok.
It will be seen, the truth lay somewhere in between.
In denial. Everyone was in denial or more than
likely everyone truely incorrectly believed everything
was 100%. i certainly didn't want to disapoint anyone
including myself. The fact was, i had many problems when
i started school. However, i didn't really want to disapoint
anyone, but i knew deep down i didn't have the same load on
the dice of chances in life as everyone else.
I was short changed in more ways than one and would
find out later just how restricted and limited i was.
Meanwhile no-one from any of the insurance companies,
social workers, Canada disability or anyone else came
to me to ask -- "is everything going ok?" nor did anyone
test me later in life for emotional stability
I just had to cope with these accident induced handicaps
on my own .
One would expect someone in some government group around
would have been there to say one day this kid is going to
be a man and part of this society, let's make sure he's
gonna be ok in it.
But they could care less. ( Maybe now I could care less )
The system hurts you with bad road design, improper
road care in winter, screwy drivers that never learned
to drive properly, education systems that resemble prison
camps with unruly wild kids that are uncontrolable and the
system puts a child that has been devistated by system
failures right smack into more realities of system failures.
What the hell do you expect out of this scenario?
It's similar to the aboriginals of Canada. It took them a
lawsuit to get revenge for so many screwups by the Canadian
Government to the point they were killing themselves with
alcohol in desperation because of these failures in the
education system for aboriginals.
Note: The HIV infected Dr. De La.Renzo who may have
infected many young kids while doing surgery. This
after (par advice from fellow doctors to get into
research which she did but quit since it was not
lucrative enough ) she returned to surgery while
knowingly having AIDS.
Now we have a realistic glimps of why doctors love
to perform surgery!
They are even saying now, that the system should have
followed her and helped her, and not left her on her
own. Exactly similar as in my case after a near death
head on collision with an automobile when i was only
5 years old. And later in life, when doctors tried to
make up any excuse as to why i needed some sort of damn
operation.
I'm currently 50 years old, and never had a bloody
operation and am damn sure i'd rather die than let them
high paid butchers some people call doctors ever stick
their steely knives into me.
Just how much have these doctors ripped off the Canadian
free Medical system to date with their expert bullshit
recommendations?
If i were someone in the position to find out, i would
get onto it!
By-the By, I've renamed the "Hippocratic Oath" the hypocracy oath!

**** and depressed since a very young age.

**** which spilled over into his adult life in

**** Mr. Myer had to struggle even in high school to make
**** it through. His severe "ITEM" memory problems and lack of
**** physical speed in speech made him a target of many
**** fist fights with certain students, with the added insult
**** that he couldn't properly defend himself because of his
**** accident and the subsequent relative slowness of his reaction
**** time. This was not to the point of being outwardly noticeable,
**** yet it definately was evident in any kind of speed contest like
**** fist fighting or even verbal fighting.
**** Just take a look at what rook place at Colombine High School!
**** Yea, a bloody shoot-out!
**** As everyone should know, the small town country folk are good
**** spirited EXCEPT when someone is different or noticably weaker
**** than the rest. Don't forget, they are used to shooting animals
**** like young cattle who are deamed to be too weak to fight back
**** and try to survive. Kids learn from all this!
**** Later in college, he had to struggle twice as hard as anyone else
**** to even get a passing grade. In reality, even though he got
**** through the then 3 year program ( The government in the 80's again
**** undercut any chances for a decent living via his m‚tier by giving
**** away his 3 years of college sweat so that now - new students in
**** less than 1 year can get the same diploma as he got slaving for 3.
**** ( crash college now effectively replaces what he did in 3 yrs.)
**** The main point still being, had Myer never been struck down in the
**** first place by someone who could not control her vehicle, Mr.
**** Myer might well be a renouned doctor or lawyer today.
**** And even if he were struck down. With proper advise, counceling
**** and direction as a teenager, he might have made better decisions
**** in choosing a carrier path that better suited his limited
**** capabilities ( next to no ITEM short term memory ) to something
**** more realistic for long term success.

**** With the handycaps Mr. Myer has had to deal with, and the current
**** globalized competition scale, plus cutbacks and downsized
**** everything, Mr. Myer has been setup for failure and depression.
All this time i never received any psychiatric or psychologic
help. Even I refused to believe there was anything wrong
with me at the time since i was sort
of doing ok ( a kind of denial )
Untill a few years ago that is. Actually more recently to
be more exact, after i found a help guide for students
at siena college, who had gone through traumatic
experience in childhood. How to cope with college.
I quickly realised how much i was and had been
suffering in much the same way as many people
with severe head trauma do, and i'd been denying
this all these years and just accepting it as
normal.
( also read #3 below for details concerning trauma of late ).

i lately contacted a Neuropsychologist at Montreal Neurological
Institute Dr. Alain Ptiti regarding some questions regarding
the then EEG results as compared to what i would or could expect
from current equipment and here are some of his responses:
Q1) In your estimate, in general, how accurate were EEG tests
in the 1960's compared to current EEG tests and other brain
scanning devices?
A1) EEG tests in the 60's were not as accurate as those of today.
However, if the EEG showed something at that time it was likely
real. What would have been of concern is rather that something
was not detected because of the lesser resolution of machines at
that time.
Q3) How much and what type of brain damage could one expect of
a left frontal lobe fracture besides memory loss, what other
symptoms are common or could be expected?
A3) Some problems would be related to planning and organization,
personality changes such as irritability, impulsivity, etc.

In 1998 i went to the Verdun Hospital with a mild to medium pain
in my right upper abdomin. i was given a seditive and they asked
me to lie down. I did not want to, and the next thing i knew 2
beefy guys came in, held me down and put a straitjacket on me.
Key1 for legal action lawsuit
After struggling all night with the restraint and the pain of
my abdomin i was an emotional wreck by morning not to mention
in pain all over from trying to escape. They sedated me again
and took off the jacket and i slept for several hours.
That was an extreemly traumatic experience for my nerves and i'll
never forget that bullshit. In the morning i was never even fed.
They Fed me hardly a thing except different
types of antibiotics for days.
When my LFT did not improve, they threatened to cut me open.
Meanwhile I was feeling no more pain in my right abdomin so i
requested my walking papers. They took 3 hours to get them
( actually only 1 standard refusal to be their guinni pig page )
for me to sign and after i did, i left for my
girlfriends (99's) place. To this day
To this day i still wonder if they were not
trying to harvest my organs for
some rich billionaire, and just say
i died on the operating table.

I went home to my girlfriends place and had a real meal for a
change.
However, a week later, 99 noticed i was a bit yellowish in the
face. So i decided to go to the MUHC Hospital to get it checked.
.
They naturally ran a battary of tests but could not really find
much. Meanwhile, they postulated that somehow a gull stone must
have gotten loose in my gull-bladder and blocked my bile duct
thereby preventing my liver from properly cleaning my blood.
Right away i thought to myself about the struggling i did
inside the straitjacket. That's probably what incurred
during my struggle i thought to myself.
They asked me if i wanted to wait and see if the ( small
they said since it didn't even show up on the x-ray) stone would
pass, or go under the knife. Naturally i would wait.
Hardly a week went by, and i started to bloat up in the belly.
Returning to the hospital, i was admitted.
I was not allowed to eat at first though,
since tests were scheduled
In fact they hardly ever fed me while
doing their many tests.
Seemed like i had tests
every other day .
Hardly any multi-vitamines were
given to me either ( maybe 1
week worth of pills during my 3
months eventual stay there ).
They almost killed me due to great undernurishment
while in hospital. My system wasn't given a fighting
chance to recover. If nothing else, they extended my
illness in general for a lengthy period by doing the
wrong things nutrition wise.
Actually they did nothing including underfeeding me.
Key2 for intended legal action
This is the key to the next part of my negligence allegation
of medical malfeasance by the doctors.
They told me i had Ascites, due to cirrhosis. Anyone who
knows anything about cirrhosis and for that matter Ascites,
knows that the key to rehabilitation and cure is plenty of
protein, and plenty of vitamines, minerals, and nutrition
in general! Otherwise you are killing your patient.
Starvation 3C
Protein and Alcoholic Cirrhosis as a Syndrome
( Good nutrition is ultimate for recovery forget about
expensive equipment to fix the health care system )
ascites made worse by cutting back protein
Yet i became so undernurished in the Hospital, that i lost
1/3 of my original body weight i had prior entering either of the
two hospitals. ie. They bloody well almost starved me to
death!

Then came the parisentehsis ( draining gallons after gallons of
paritional fluid from my gut ). Dr Cleland said i had chylous
ascites. I was given diuretics en mass, but they did nothing
for me. Went through MRIs, CAT scans, etc. etc. and nothing
conclusive was ever really found except Dr Cleland said i had
cirrhosis, thrombosis and portal hypertension. Meanwhile i went
from my normal weight of 160 lbs. down to less than 100 lbs.
Note: It has just been reported that people that drink alcohol
who have portal hypertension ( hi-blood pressure ) tend
to live a lot longer than those that quit as per
recommendation by their idiot doctor! March 23/2004
all in less than 5 months ( athropy and muscle waisting ).
Dr. Cleland told me that i had better make arrangements with
the Royal Vic transplant department for a new liver if i
want to go on living, because i was finished he said i was
going to die. I told him i was not interested in being
sliced open, that i would rather die. We made arangements
then and there that i would only come back as an outpatient
basis as needed for parisentehsis.
At home, i studied and mined the internet for information.
i tried countless alternate medicines, and the like.
What became clearly evident after a while, was that the
very nature of modern medicine, is detrimental to health.
To make a long story short, soon i was blob-gut free, and a
few months later, i was even back to my normal weight.
i tested out slowly if i was really ok by drinking more
and more alcohol each week. And sure enough, i did not
have cirrhosis, this was a mis-diagnosis i thought to
myself. Although constantly on vigulance, i proceeded to
see just how OK i was. After several years of checking out
my system, i came to the conclusion that something else
was at work here other than regular cirrhosis of the
liver. In early February of 2004, i decided to do a real
pyrrolizidine Alkaloid poisoning
it turns out, creates symptoms exactly identical to all
the symptoms i encountered during all my illness. It (PAs)
can and has even caused death in many people who are
undernurished.
So there we have it. A case of almost needlessly cutting
me open and removing or replacing god knows what including
what would have been a needless costly possibly deadly
liver transplant ( all because of doctor mis-diagnosis ).
Chances are, that had i not refused the liver transplant
i would be dead by now.
The most disgusting thing is that PAs has been around
forever, and records of epidemics of it have occured
worldwide for hundreds of years.

There is simply no excuse for top medical staff to have
overlooked this very real liver antogin poison as a very
real possibility for the cause of all my complications,
especially since the symptoms are EXACTLY the same as all
the symptoms i showed.

Generaly in regard to both hospitals together, The Verdun
hospital in persuit of finding the cause of a small pain in the
upper right quadrent of my abdomin, in the end actually
exacerbated a small pain into a full blown illiness, with which
i have been held up to this day, even though i cured my physical
self without any operations of any kind whatever within 7 years
of leaving the MUHC. And that original upper abdominal pain i once
had, after leaving the Verdun Hospital, i never had it again.
I have now once again been happily drinking my normal 6 pack+ each
day to test my contentions of total misdiagnosis for over 5 yrs
now, and have never suffered a single bout of pain other
than your standard hangover.
The only caviot now being, i am no longer interrested in anything
to do with any kind of institutions. i've become a manic
depressive and like to spend most of my time at home like
howard hughes once did. I used to wonder about that man
but now i understand why he acted as he did.
It's called severe depression.
i feel that way for good reason, for with my handicaps
from the accident, plus my age getting on, my ITEM memory
is getting worse each year, and with the global job
competition getting tougher by the year, i have damn
good reason to be depressed.

key3: The key point of the lawsuit will be

The point being, there was never anything seriously physically
wrong with me! In fact i contend it was the doctors and hospitals
that made me ill for real. From what i have been able to deduce by
internet data-mining, "PAs", that's what i really had all along
(which would account for all symptoms i had, and which none of
these so called professional top notch doctors (specialists) in
either hospital ever mentioned or to my knowledge considered).
"PAs", is a case of natural occuring poison in things like honey!
Pyrrolizidine Alkaloid poisoning. This naturally occuring plant
based poison, mimics exactly all the symptoms i had ie. cirrhosis,
and looking back - at the time - i was consuming large amounts of
cheap dark imported honey while working on a home based business
management course i was attending at SAJE. Further, the only thing
these doctors seem to know and do, is how to buy and utilize(?)
expensive equipment, and then either because they don't
really know how to use them or because they don't work, they
resort to butchering (operating) as their only viable recourse.
I've always heard rumers like "don't ever go to Verdun
LaSalle hospital unless you want to loose your ding-dong"
Now i know why those rumers are around!
Had i not resisted every effort and attempt they (especially
the Verdun Hospital ) made to cut me up, i'd either look like a
real frankinstein by now, or more than likely, i'd be dead
if i'd have gone for a liver transplant.
I'm having all medical records extracted right now from
records archives, although some may take some time to
access since they are so dated.
I'll show them how to fix the medicare system in canada
but it's gonna cost em. My consulting fees are gonna be
like hiring Mick Jagger for a year.
If doctors consistantly do with every patient as they did
or worse yet tried to do to me, no wonder Canada has a
nearly bancrupt Medical Insurance System that needs
more and more money all the time like a drunken sailor.

However these days and for the last few years due in part to my
emotional fragility from my bad experiences as a child, the
difficulty handling complex issues in general ( resulting from my
accident as a kid ) and a general state of deep depression, now i
can no longer take on a job, nor would anyone want to give me a
position.
Now it may well be too late to correct or reverse
these compounded emotional \ psycological set-backs
coupled with the original underlying mental damage
caused by the accident he incurred at the age of 4.
To top it off, even a family doctor is not currently
available for him in his income bracket, due to constant
Canadian Medical fiscal cutbacks to the Canadian Medical
System. People on welfare have no recourse at all to pay
for alternate medical services or help since they have
no monies.
I believe it's high time i move back to New Orleans. At
least there i can find a job and family doctors do exist
( i should know i used to go out with a beautiful girl
who was a doctor at LSUMC who also had a family doctor
practice ).

could you at least direct me into the right basic

know first how to get my old US SSN#/SIN# i had for starters,

A quick overview of what incurred though:
My wife, son and i were relocated to Dallas as i accepted
a $35,000 position in the Philips US headquarters office in
Dallas. As soon as the real threat of IBM and the PC became
evident and clear, i was let go without any special severence
pay to get back to Canada or anything. I had just received
my US green card which the company took forever to acquire
for me via their Imigration Lawyers.
Anyway, the case i have against Philips is wrongful and
spiteful severence of my person from the company.
Calously Left in a lurch in a foreign country with wife
and child who depended on me, all in a desperate effort
to cut expenses when confronted by adversial corporation
( IBM/Microsoft ) who was taking a lot of business away
from them at the time.
To make things even worse, i was fired for joking around
with other employees on a Saturday when we were all asked
to come in to do inventory. It wasn't even a normal work
day. I call that sort of action nothing short of arrogant
and despicable behavior for a huge corporation like
Philips.
I was forced to move to New Orleans to take a job ASAP
like right away to make ends meet, and later my wife
devorced be because i was never around. So Philips
it's just a matter of time untill you all see MY wrath
because it's gonna be my turn to throw shit
around.

One more quickie please:
i picked up a judges report from a judgement along with the
documentation i gave the judge concerning my case against
Delta College from the Court house Archives. After Delta
College won the case, the judges decision and documentation
was sent down stairs into the Courthouse archives.
When i picked up this stuff a few years later, i got my notes
to the judge and the ruling report not from my case, but
another Delta College vs. Students ruling report.
Now i want my ruling! However i want to get a signed note
concerning this screw-up. How do i go about getting a signed
note about this incident along with the proper ruling about my
original case?
NOTE:
The original reason i took them to court was that they had
promised me a large screen projector presentation unit to
deliver my courses ( remember my ITEM memory problem ). Well
they never came through with it and consequently i had to make
thousands of overhead slides. Anyway the judge just said,
"why didn't you just quit when the promise was not delivered"
I'd really like to take them back to court on that one again
if the judge and Delta College would only have known what i
have just learned now too.
I'm just not capable of remembering anything unless i memorize
it for hours. I need all the aids i can get to do a job like
that.

It has become apparent to me that Canada does not check
imported or local foods that may contain
Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids
(PAs) at all what so ever at least not the CFIA.
( The Canadian Food Inspection Agency )
On July 28/2004 i ran a Google on:

As you can see below, nothing that directly concerns the CFIA testing
for PAs was found with only 7 hits returned by Google.
ie. the CFIA doesn't do testing for PAs at all.
I later confirmed this after speaking with "Josse Hulle" at the
CFIA test labs in St. Hyacinthe Quebec. 1-450-773-7730 ext. 135
She told me that she has never heard of pyrrolizidine Alkaloids
All i can say is get on with it Canada! Start testing for those
toxins and poisons in both local and imported food for both humans
and animals.
There is no such thing as ascites of unknown origin as the doctors
so reported on my profile report. These bastards better be re-trained
by the institutions that trained them in the first place! I finaly
found ( although not a doctor ) the source of my near fatal illness
and near un-necessary liver transplant that the reason i had ascites
in the first place was PS's. PA's are a natural occuring highly
toxic poison that the bloody Canadian Food Inspection Agency doesn't
even check for as i later found out!
I would have imagined much higher standards of the CFIA in that now
days with globalization and mass importation of foods from around the
world these things MUST be tested for!
And the fucking doctors most definately have to get off their fat
asses and relearn medicine and forget about those useless billion
dollar machines!

PAP or Pyrolizidine Alcoloid Poisoning PAP is fairly common in

In 2003, 7/10 cases were diagnosed as hepatopathy (liver disease)
and 3/10 were diagnosed as hepatitis (inflammation of the liver).
Of the seven hepatopathy cases, three originated in the southern
Okanagan and four were from the lower mainland/Fraser Valley.
Liver disease is a frequently reported problem in the horse.
The liver performs a large number of metabolic functions and
has a large regenerative capacity. Hepatic dysfunction does
not become clinically apparent until approximately 60 to 80 %
of liver capacity is lost. Affected horses will most commonly
present with weight loss, icterus (jaundice) and behavioural
changes. Icterus is more commonly associated with acute hepatic
failure and may be absent in cases of chronic liver disease
prior to exhaustion of hepatic reserve capacity. Horses with
liver disease may also develop gastric impaction and rupture,
photosensitization, laryngeal paralysis and bleeding disorders.
Bacterial hepatitis in the mature horse usually occurs secondary
to ascending infection via the biliary tree. Although primary
ascending infection can occur, it is believed that predisposing
causes which lead to bile stasis, such as choleliths (bile stones),
ileus or enteritis (inflammation of the intestine), are most
common. In the acute phase, the horse will develop cholangitis
(inflammation of the bile ducts) or cholangiohepatitis
(inflammation of the bile ducts and the liver tissue immediately
surrounding the bile ducts). If the infection resolves, the
disease will progress no further; however, if the infection is
not brought under control, the inflammation can progress to
chronic liver disease characterized by self-perpetuating
inflammation and fibrosis.
Hepatotoxicity in the horse in British Columbia is most commonly
attributed to a handful of toxins. Alsike clover is a poorly
documented toxin in the horse. Exposure to the plant appears
to be associated with hepatotoxicity. It is unclear whether
the plant itself is toxic or whether an exogenous toxin is
responsible for the liver damage.
Alsike clover is cultivated in some areas of northern BC and Alberta
and most cases described in the literature have been associated with
feeding of alsike clover hay.
The liver lesions typically surround bile ducts and are characterized
by marked fibrosis and bile duct hyperplasia with progressive loss of
liver cells. Unlike cholangiohepatitis, there is minimal inflammation.
Tansy Ragwort is another hepatotoxin reported to affect horses.
The plant is unpalatable and as such is unlikely to cause acute equine
hepatotoxicity; however, the toxin is cumulative and toxicity can occur
due to long term low level exposure. The toxic principle is a
pyrrolizidine alkaloid in the plant which damages liver cells,
preventing cell division, and causes a characteristic appearance
microscopically.
The changes in the liver are similar to Alsike Clover poisoning in
character and distribution within the liver. Tansy Ragwort toxicity
will also exhibit giant cells due to interference with cell division
by the toxin.
Aflatoxin is another possible hepatotoxin, although horses are not
considered a highly susceptible species. The toxin is produced by
the fungus Aspergillus flavus and found in spoiled grains.
Depending on the amounts consumed, the disease can present either as
acute or chronic disease. Acute disease is uncommon in horses and
distinct microscopically from the other hepatotoxins. Chronic disease
is difficult to distinguish from pyrrolizidine alkaloids.
Like pyrrolizidine alkaloid, aflatoxin interferes with cell division and
leads to the presence of giant cells.

7) FDA Moves Against Comfrey Dietary Supplements
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on
Friday asked makers of dietary supplements containing the herb
comfrey to withdraw their products due to the danger of liver
damage and its possible role as a cancer-causing agent.
In a letter to industry groups representing herbal product
makers, the FDA said it was aware of dietary supplements
derived from three types of comfrey that contain toxic alkaloids.
The agency strongly recommends that firms marketing a product
containing comfrey, or another source of pyrrolizidine alkaloids,
remove the product from the market and alert its customers to
immediately stop using the product," FDA said.
In addition to being toxic to the liver, 'there is also evidence
that implicates these substances as carcinogens," the FDA said.
The FDA does not regulate dietary supplements as closely as
drugs but can pull supplements from the market if it can
demonstrate sufficient risk.
"This came to that point," said Christine Lewis, FDA director of
nutritional products and dietary supplements. Lewis told Reuters
the agency was gathering evidence on a number of other herbal
products which she declined to identify.
The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), one of the recipients
of the FDA letter, said most herbal supplement manufacturers had
been aware since at least 1996 of comfrey's dangers if taken
internally or used on broken skin.
John Cardellina, the council's vice president of botanical
science, said the FDA's action was welcome as long as the
message was put in perspective. "It's not like there's an
enormous amount of this product out there that is wildly
dangerous," he said.
Separately the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced
action on Friday against an Internet marketer of comfrey
remedies.
Utah-based Christopher Enterprises Inc. agreed to a
preliminary injunction that bars the company from
marketing products containing comfrey "for internal
uses or on open wounds," the commission said.
Christopher Enterprises sold comfrey products as a
cure for maladies ranging from asthma and tuberculosis
to broken bones and herpes, the consumer
watchdog said.
The commission said the company falsely claimed it was
safe to take comfrey products orally or as suppositories
or to apply them to open wounds.
i further predict that soon one day, some of those terrorists
are going to use pyrrolyzidine alkaloids or similar toxin to try
to kill people as a terrorist act. It seems to me just a matter of
time. So again Canada, i suggest you all get better at diagnosing
ailments caused by PA's and other natural occuring toxins, and
better yet, start testing food for this and other toxins that kill.
The bloody Canadian federal government is up everyones ass
if we break the law or owe monies to them. But if it comes
to their responsibilities, (ah It had better be election
time.) that seems to be quite a different interpretation of
the same story ( they sherk their responsibility! ) or as CMA
with the CMPA, they use a nuclear bomb to kill a bird symbolicly
speaking. How in hell can the average person have a fighting
chance against such sinister allocation of funds to back
the bloody medical association in Canada? In the USA, one
would win million dollar lawsuits against the CMAs CMPA
itself for being an obsticle for fare judical process.
It seems everything the canadian government touches turns
into a frog ( metaphorically speaking ). The feds screwed
with the fisheries, and no more east coast fisheries. Yet
Huge fishing factories still fish off the Grand Banks from

In their infinate wisdom i must say when i came back to
Canada, i found that virtualy no jobs remained in the field
of electronics-technology. Why was this the case? Why after
spending 4 important years of my life studing computers and
electronicsm do i suddenly find myself out of work?

says we will stay in there, and not get out right away as
previous support missions. Well i ask, where in hell have

poison i now believe caused my problem ).
The government claims it does a lot, when in reality it does
quite nothing.
i would have never become ill if the government properly checked
imported honey for pyrrolizidine Alkaloids or PAs.
Take the water in Walkerton. How many people died ingesting plain
corrupted water? Where were government controls in that?
What the hell are we all paying taxes for? There is no war! What
the hell is the government for? Why are they even there?
Take Montreal Canada. It has a water supply that is leaking like
a sive, roads that need to be completely rebuilt. What the hell
has the burocracy done with all the tax money up till now? Have
they been pissing it away? Why have these infrastructures not
been kept up?
Even the farmer is a soon to be extinct occupation. Welcome all
to Monsanto GMO, GMF, genetically modified everything and Microsoft

The only reason we are still allowed to eat beef in canada is on
the count of business and political reasons. Otherwise, it would
be banned to eat beef even here in canada. ie. who cares if a few
hundred people eventually die of ACJD disease, we have a multi-
billion dollar beef industry to maintain.
But where were the checks when England already had the bad
experience ahead of Canada, and it was clearly understood what

was originaly intended, but a severe impediment. It appears
now more than ever that the government is gauging people in
every concievable way uncluding 1) charging for services they
take forever to provide. 2) involved in lotteries that once
were the domain of only undesirable people. 3) run hospitals
that make people more sick than they are and even kill many
people for spare parts to fix other people that have more
power and or money. ( harvest organs ) 4) Play big shot on
the International front, and screw the people at the home

are pulling one of the fastest ones on what can only be termed
"rip offs" on people such as the world has never before seen.
Take the drug companies, "get bleoflack, it may be good for
you, Ask your doctor.

think of the time the doctors are spending answering dumb
questions these drug companies are throwing on the air.
Soon every citizen of every country will have a LEGAL drug

of drugs, it could be done in two minutes. The problem is, they
talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk because the drug

people, and in a few years we'll bust-em and take everything
he/she has. Talk about a scam.

That was a letter i sent this so called "people defender"
lie-er ( sorry lawyer ).
He ain't working for people, he's probably double salaried
by your cases and the all too powerful CMPA.
And yea, those IP addresses, that's him checking out my web

Thank you for your feedback, it has been rightfully registered on your

However, i do not know any lawyers names to attach to your LExpert
search engine. The whole point of my exercise in communicating with you
is to FIND a legal representative.

Yet you did visit my web site the same day as e-mailed you, and you did
not respond even to the effect that you acknowledge having visited and
that you could maybe get back to me on my request.
Had i not had the visit scanner available, i doubt very much we would
still be in communication. Yet, thats what we get with technology and
knowing how to use it.

My immediate desire, like is the case with certain powerful
organisations, to subdue or elliminate the ability of the CMPA to
operate in defense of any doctor, with the defendent put at a severe
disadvantage over their sheer power.
They ( CMPA ) can be likened to a corporate power thas has no bounds
against the avarage citizen.
Untill the CMPA power arm is neutrilized, ( their wings are clipped )
no-one stands a chance of a fair outcome of any issues raised against
the medical profession.
Perhaps you would be interrested in a piece of this action, since it
definately will not be limited to Quebec law?
