Now Chief Justice Judge Mclachlin, how is it that a person with
somewhat mentally disabled capacity writes a Statement of claim
for a hearing in the Supreme Court without the aid of a lawyer
can get screwed by the system so the System can docket their
little GST refund when at the same time they are on welfare?
Is that what Canadian Justice is about?
I was suing for 10 Million for screwing up my youth without any
support after being struck by a welfare worker and hiding from
me and my family the fact that I had suffered brain injury
but now the shit you're puting me through is forcing me to
double that amount.

Upon calling their office to get their e-mail address to send them
a request to stop witholding my GST monies to pay for a court case
which I never received:

Mr. Joseph there told me today on the telephone they do NOT have
a e-mail contact point in general, only individual Lawyer email
contacts.
I told Joseph:
It's certainly good to know your people know what time it is
and have up to date technology in place!
Now after that BS crap We need to get something very clear.
I have been crushed by the Canadian government medical cover up
of the incident when i was just a very tiny boy, then to boot
the Canadian CFIA lack of prudence in checking for harm full
and indeed killer Alkaloid poisons in imported food stuffs,
now later, i do not even get judicial assistance ( despite
now known and proven brain damage ) when i was struck by a
automobile driven by a child care worker for the government.
Not only did the supreme court not accept my case, i am now
as a below poverty person stripped of my already payed in
GST/HST monies to which the government already owes me for
goods and services i have already purchased and payed for.
That's called DOUBLE INDEMNITY and will be thrown out by
any judge and my case will hold strong!
( effictively I call that stealing on the Front end and the back )
To clip a below poverty person of monies inherently owed by
the government is sick and injust to the MAX and i am sending
a copy of this to the Human Rights Tribunal in the Hague.
You all people make me sick and ill as if i have not already
been put through you're all torcher shit enough already!
Why are you with holding MY tax monies I already spent even
more of than you claim that i spend when you have done nothing
but make me sweat, write a huge file without legal assistance
all to disqualify me from being heard by a judge?

What's going on?
My life as Beverley Mclachlin Canada Chief Justice put it has
been put on eternal hold due to the screw ups, latency and shear
inadequacy of the legal system here in Canada!
After returning from New Orleans LA / Dallas Tx USA 10+ Years
of working to visit my dieing mother, i've been through shear
hell with 4 Fires, dealings with slum lords, layoffs, police
problems, crap and more crap!
* Since returning from Dallas Texas and New Orleans USA in the early
1990s, i have lost everything in 4 separate fires 3 of which ( while
i was not present in the dwelling at any time ) to me look very
suspicious.
( 2 of them for sure ).
Yet i never received any compensation or assistance for any of my
losses.
Previous other Fires where i lost everything with no
compensation and associated RDL cases against SlumLords:
Notice the lag time for case hearing and always the
tenants case gets rejected anyway!

2002 Amherst st. Rented room #20 in former Hells Angles bunker in
2002 from former cook in restaurant on 1st. floor.
In April of 2003 i was attacked and robbed on community bathroom on
3rd. floor. next day i spoke with Jacques who was a recently hired
superintendent and told him about my attack. He said don't worry
the place is going to be shut down next month anyway and everyone
is going to be evicted.
I wrote a letter on my computer and got the name of the owners
from city hall in old Montreal. ( They happen to be non other
than the Procureur du Quebec Government operating under a INC
name of 9082-9474 Quebec Inc.)
I sent it to them as a certified letter on April 6th. 2003
reference #78718397961 which i tracked and found delivered
to Bleury a street office and it basically warned them that
they had better not evict us because i would not stand for
loosing my dwelling.
On may 6th the next month, I was working on my computer and
suddenly the whole building shook as i could see my computer
screen wobbling!
Then a few seconds later the building shook again and again my
screen shook.
I later found out that the shovel of the construction company that
was excavating for a condo to be built next door had struck the
building ( by accident my ass ). I have never seen or heard of a
professional excavator driver hit the same object multiple times
in succession in my life!
Later on the fire department came as i heard them on the roof and
by evening about 20 police were going around pounding on all the
doors throwing everyone out. They pounded on my door but i did not
answer. A few seconds later they kicked my door down.
Now besides what the superintendent told me the month before, the
reason i know it was a planned coup is that everything worked like
clockwork and within a few hours because of a few facade stones on
one corner had tumbled down ( which was and would have been all
that would happen for 2 years as i noticed later while walking by )
yet the restaurant downstairs still remained open!

has not submitted any proof of the damages he has claimed.

First off, i had no DEFACTO lawyer! I had been refused legal

I went there on April 7th. 2009 and met with Lawyer Josianne
Lavoie and held much hope as she did do on that day. I also had
2 Ordre de comparaitre comme témoin Order to appear as witness
documents to send out to both Curtis Taylor and to the owner of
the Construction Company that did the damage to the building on
2002 Amherst. I personally cannot afford to send out bailiffs
etc.
So i was counting on them yet i heard nothing back from them
until Monday 27th.
April --- One (1) day before the hearing where i received a
e-mail saying:
"We studied your file and we have come to the conclusion that
there is very little chance of succeeding. We are unable to
represent you you under section 4.11 paragraph 2 of the "legal
aid Law".
Can you imagine that? I thought everything like my Order to
appear as witness documents had already been sent out.
Then on April 29th. I received a legal size document from
Stephane Proulx saying the same thing that "Little chance
of succeeding".
By that time i had already succeeded in winning the first case!
Only because once again the lessor did not show up.
Only because she knew she would loose.
What gives here? Is that not totally illegal to pretend
that legal aid is going to help you and just prior to the
case court hearing to pull out their services? Especially
when you're counting on witnesses to support your claims?

Grave mis-carriage of justice (I should say NON-Justice)
I consider a brain injury (TBI) and associated mental
handycaps along with related disabilities in regards or
with regards to the inability to legaly fight, confront,
and defend oneself or ones position to win a serious
cause or case for justice equivalent to if not more
extreme than someone in a wheelchair or on crutches
inability and or difficulty in mobility.
ie. it becomes a very near impossible task when the
weather gets too confrontational ( eg 12 inches of
snow as an example of equivilence to legal, mental,
adversarial linguistic duals fought in a courtroom )
Therefore I assert that someone with mental
disabilities weather congenital or brought on by
outside physical assault(s) or accident(s) is entitled
to legal help regardless of the nature of the case.
If you agree with this assertion Mr. Saint-Laurent
then why is it I have been unable to acquire legal
aid ( despite my below poverty income ) and official
recognition of mental disability via Montreal
neurological Hospital EEG results that i am indeed
mentally disabled.
This follows from official notification from Point-
Saint-Charles legal aid facility "Ferland, Ouellet,
Proulx" at 2553 Rue Centre Bureau 101 that i am not
entitled or that the cases are deemed to be un-winable
or any other type excuse they have come up with and
even to the point of not giving me a rejection letter
until it was clearly too late befor a hearing in
front of a RDL commissioner (ie. 4 days before the
hearing ).
I request a real Quebec court case covering all my
previous RDL cases mentioned below WITH my witness
Curtis Taylor and other people I have been un-success-
fully able to subpoena due to unethical legal justice
here in Quebec and the unethical manouverings by
the legal aid laws or interpretation of the law(s)
as they exist.
I require the legal expertise of a competant lawyer
with my key witness and in effect bringing the many
complexities and intertwining issues together as
they unfolded in reality in my cases including long
delays between actual facts and occurrences, fires,
jettisons of my belongs by idiot self serving land
lords who tried to destroy my evidence against them,
restrictions i had in obtaining legal council, times
i was held in detention un-necessarily or for some
frivolous charge and having to spend undue time there
to find a judge who was not extreme in their desire
to punish or harm a person who in the end suffers
from mental disabilities though they may not seem
extreme themselves but never the less are categorized
as EEG negative.
Why have i had to suffer 4 times through the loss
of everything because of slack useless fire laws
and from slumlords who are not held accountable
when they do what they want with your possessions?
The lessee has blamed the lessor for using manoeuvers ....
Well excuse me but now following the fact that the super-
intendant at the time Mr. Jacques told me that we were going
to all be evicted by may 2003 ( we were now in April ) and I
followed up by sending a registered letter 78718397961
Received and signed by N. Gaudet on April 03 2003 030410 to:
9082-9474 Quebec Inc. ( Procureur Quebec ) warning them that
i would take legal action should i or anyone be evicted!
Sure enough, they had planned this before hand since less
than a month later in May ( Mysteriously ) our building is
hit by a huge construction shovel multiple times to allow
for some stone facade to fall off one corner and later make
reason ( questionable since the front of the building had
a permanent exit with no damage and the restaurant below
was allowed to continue operation despite our forced
removal from the premisis by police the same day ) for
our forced eviction.
Anywho, regarding how most honourable companies do things,
if they want their tenants out they pay and give them some
time to find something else as follows lately:

Beaconsfield residents asked to leave by July 1
On Monday morning (Feb. 28), seniors at Marian Hall in
Beaconsfield were shocked to receive a letter from the
Montreal St. Patrick’s Foundation the owners of the
building requesting they terminate their lease and
vacate their apartments by July 1, 2011.
Continuing to operate the property, that has engendered
losses over time, is no longer economically viable, it
was written in the letter.
The letter states that the Foundation would compensate
residents a maximum of $4,500 after their departure for
rent and moving expenses.

later became my slumlord and who tossed out all my files
and receipts and belongings all together!
The main reason he did this i strongly suspect, is that he
knew or found out i had a lot of photographs etc. against
him and his case was eventually going to come up at the RDL

since I rented from the Original sub renter the original

the original building owners. He was the one i payed rent
to each month.

ago a Senate report ...the first-ever national study of mental
health and addiction, said Canada badly needed a strategy to
deal with mental illness.

Police came next door to neighbour in room 304 as he was
assulted by the big ass black guy. February 19th. 2011
at about 10:45 PM.
I went outside my room to see what all the noise was about.
The same Philipino or other Asian cop that bicycles around
in the summer said in front of the other cops here that he
thinks i'm the village idiot walking around drunk all the
time in the point.
It's like this cop is combattative and attempts to push
people into a state of self defense and thus aggression.
It feels and rings to me worse than the oppression and
discrimination offered to Blacks and other minorities
that our police are handing out to people with mental
disabilities.
I saw Douglas being walked out with his swollen face as
he said hi to me on his way with the ambulance people and
police on his way to the hospital.
The next day about 13:00 2 police "knocking on my door
hard like they were hit men" asked to check my place
looking for a guy named 'Spider'. I asked for their ID
since I heard some people fake being cops and try to
rob people.
The cop was so disorganized that half the contents of his
wallet fell all over the hall as he was searching for a
business card. Even his partner the female constible
laughed and commented how disorganized he was in French.

through 4 grueling years to almost get a GED College Degree
in Electro-Technology all to make a joke of it later by granting
the same degree to people taking a one year fast track program

Fresh out of college i started with AES ( Automatic Electronic
Systems ) who did power line failure monitoring and also
designed and built the first semi micro computer.
The next year i went with MICOM data Systems who designed
and built the first Micro Processor Based PC before Bill Gates
and you ass holes let it be sold to Philips Corporation who
basically killed it ( not to and by their liking ).

In writing my 100+ page "Statement of Claim" for a court hearing
and subsequent efforts and r ejections, you have compounded
the misgivings of a already fragile person and further thrown
your reputation as a so called just and ethical country INTO
DISREPUTE.
I strongly suggest you repay all monies taken from my withheld
GST/HST and more importantly get me a good federal lawyer to
ensure i get compensated for the screw-ups and cover ups I allege
you all have put on me and that have plagued and stifled me -
all my life long.

I am so sensitive that i can feel one of my extra fine hairs
on my back or arms to the point where it bugs me. That is one
of the side effects of TBI, the ultra sensitivity that one gets
to anything including bed bugs, noise like mice knawing in the
walls, cold, rights abuses, negative comments, etc.
My experience with dislexia is also very high in the sense that
as my sisters will attest to, my parents tried very hard to help
me get my English grades up when i was a kid after my car
accident and TBI. They would vautch for the fact that I would
constantly insist on spelling words like 'apple' 'appel' and
'stifle' - 'stifel'. To this day I still cannot spell worth a
damn!

When it comes to hockey as far as mitigation of hurtfull body
checks and so on are concerned, let's take some simple steps

Ditto for me! It seems like nobody remembers what Microsoft pulled
with Win95, Win98, WinME, and WinXP. The first version of Windows 95
was garbage, yet everybody glowed over it at first and then complained
it was full of bugs. Microsoft didn't get it right until the fourth
release (Win95d). Microsoft got better with Win98 (They only had to
release a "Second Edition", but the original was still chock full o'
bugs.) They never straightened out WinME and they had to have 2
"Service Packs" (read "multiple bug patches released under a single
file") for WinXP. Microsoft has NEVER gotten it right on the first
release and it's NEVER been worth upgrading until they've fixed the

Montreal apartment fire sends 11 to hospital
"The investigation was transferred earlier to Montreal
police department, the section for fire crimes, because
we want to clarify what are the causes of this fire,

Beaconsfield residents asked to leave by July 1
On Monday morning (Feb. 28), seniors at Marian Hall in
Beaconsfield were shocked to receive a letter from the
Montreal St. Patrick’s Foundation — the owners of the
building — requesting they terminate their lease and
vacate their apartments by July 1, 2011.

written statements by two witnesses.
During the hearing it became clear that the lessee is extremely
confused and aggressive. He distorts the reality and reacts
aggressively to the slightest hint that might contradict his
allegations or wishes.
The lessee took advantage of the situation and submitted 17
exhibits, most of them long letters he had written and which
were irrelevant, except as proof for the plaintiff's state of mind.
The lessee was unable to prove the lessors' identity by
preponderance of evidence.
There is no proof that would allow the Tribunal to determine that
there is a legal relation between the lessee and 9099 3908 Quebec
Inc, or Mrs. Constantina Bitzanis whom the lessee both identified
alternately as defendants. Based on this reason alone, the
application must be dismissed.
The Judge waisted my time by allowing me to present anything i

legal help from legal Aid Law Firm Ferland, Ouellet, Proulx 2553

I went there on April 7th. 2009 and met with Lawyer Josianne
Lavoie and held much hope as she did do on that day. I also had
2 Ordre de comparaitre comme témoin Order to appear as witness
documents to send out to both Curtis Taylor and to the owner of
the Construction Company that did the damage to the building on
2002 Amherst. I personally cannot afford to send out bailiffs
etc.
So i was counting on them yet i heard nothing back from them until
Monday 27th.
April --- One (1) day before the hearing where i received a e-mail
saying:
"We studied your file and we have come to the conclusion that there
is very little chance of succeeding. We are unable to represent you
you under section 4.11 paragraph 2 of the "legal aid Law". "
Can you imagine that? I thought everything like my Order to appear
as witness documents had already been sent out.
Then on April 29th. I received a legal size document from
Stephane Proulx saying the same thing that "Little chance
of succeeding".
By that time i had already succeeded in winning the first case!

I quickly realised how much i was and had been
suffering in much the same way as many people
with severe head trauma do, and i'd been denying
this all these years and just accepting it as
normal.

i lately contacted a Neuropsychologist at Montreal Neurological
Institute Dr. Alain Ptiti regarding some questions regarding
the then EEG results as compared to what i would or could expect
from current equipment and here are some of his responses:
Q1) In your estimate, in general, how accurate were EEG tests
in the 1960's compared to current EEG tests and other brain
scanning devices?
A1) EEG tests in the 60's were not as accurate as those of today.
However, if the EEG showed something at that time it was likely
real. What would have been of concern is rather that something
was not detected because of the lesser resolution of machines at
that time.
Q3) How much and what type of brain damage could one expect of
a left frontal lobe fracture besides memory loss, what other
symptoms are common or could be expected?
A3) Some problems would be related to planning and organization,
personality changes such as irritability, impulsivity, etc.

In 1998 i went to the Verdun Hospital with a mild to medium pain
in my right upper abdomin. i was given a seditive and they asked
me to lie down. I did not want to, and the next thing i knew 2
beefy guys came in, held me down and put a straitjacket on me.

After struggling all night with the restraint and the pain of
my abdomin i was an emotional wreck by morning not to mention
in pain all over from trying to escape. They sedated me again
and took off the jacket and i slept for several hours.
Claudette:
That was an extreemly traumatic experience for my nerves and i'll
never forget that bullS**t. In the morning i was never even fed.
They Fed me hardly a thing except different
types of antibiotics for days.
When my LFT did not improve, they threatened to cut me open.
Meanwhile I was feeling no more pain in my right abdomin so i
requested my walking papers. They took 3 hours to get them
( actually only 1 standard refusal to be their guinni pig page )
for me to sign and after i did, i left for my
girlfriends (99's) place. To this day
To this day i still wonder if they were not
trying to harvest my organs for
some rich billionaire, and just say
i died on the operating table.

I went home to my girlfriends place and had a real meal for a
change.
However, a week later, 99 noticed i was a bit yellowish in the
face. So i decided to go to the MUHC Hospital to get it checked.

They naturally ran a battary of tests but could not really find
much. Meanwhile, they postulated that somehow a gull stone must
have gotten loose in my gull-bladder and blocked my bile duct
thereby preventing my liver from properly cleaning my blood.
Right away i thought to myself about the struggling i did
inside the straitjacket. That's probably what incurred
during my struggle i thought to myself.
They asked me if i wanted to wait and see if the ( small
they said since it didn't even show up on the x-ray) stone would
pass, or go under the knife. Naturally i would wait.
Hardly a week went by, and i started to bloat up in the belly.
Returning to the hospital, i was admitted.
I was not allowed to eat at first though,
since tests were scheduled
In fact they hardly ever fed me while
doing their many tests.
Seemed like i had tests
every other day .
Hardly any multi-vitamines were
given to me either ( maybe 1
week worth of pills during my 3
months eventual stay there ).
They almost killed me due to great undernurishment
while in hospital. My system wasn't given a fighting
chance to recover. If nothing else, they extended my
illness in general for a lengthy period by doing the
wrong things nutrition wise.
Actually they did nothing including underfeeding me.

This is the key to the next part of my negligence allegation
of medical malfeasance by the doctors.
They told me i had Ascites, due to cirrhosis. Anyone who
knows anything about cirrhosis and for that matter Ascites,
knows that the key to rehabilitation and cure is plenty of
protein, and plenty of vitamines, minerals, and nutrition
in general! Otherwise you are killing your patient.

How is it that in this day and age of hi-tech medical technology
we need to self diagnose to find out what is wrong with our
bodies, to the extent that top notch specialist doctors
cannot figure out what is wrong with us to the point where
you're so weak and almost dead, they recommend drastic
liver transplant. Years later without any intervention
because you bloody well know yourself you're gonna be OK!
Blaim the bloody Canada CFIA for part of the problem!
Crotalaria sp.
Commonly called rattlebox. Contaminated cereal crops blamed for
human poisoning. Contains crotananine, monocrotaline, and
cronaburmine. C. sessiliflora is used in Chinese medicine
to dispel heat and promote urination.
Aside from ingesting the plants directly, PAs may be consumed
by eating honey collected by bees that visit PA-containing
plants (mainly species of Senecio)
In honey originating from species of Senecio, the total
concentration of PAs was 0.3-3.2 micrograms per kilogram.
PAs could be detected in the concentration range of 30-70
micrograms per kilogram in honey from the Alpine foothills
of Switzerland.
THE PHYSICAL REACTION TO PYRROLIZIDINE ALKALOIDS
The toxic PAs may cause the following liver reactions when
ingested in doses of 10-20 mg: enlargement of liver cells
and their nuclei, disturbances of liver cell metabolism
resulting in functional losses, areas of cell destruction,
and fatty degeneration. Long-term administration of smaller
doses, 10 micrograms or less per day, may cause liver cirrhosis
with exposure to the most toxic of the PAs. In both acute and
long-term responses, veno-occlusive liver disease may occur.
Although the main site of toxic reaction to the PAs is the
liver, a few PAs act on other organ systems or the nervous
system; this may be the result of their long half-life,
allowing them to migrate to the other parts of the body
prior to further metabolism.
The PAs, which have minimal toxicity in their original form,
are metabolized in the liver and can become toxic metabolites,
depending on the PA and on the particular condition of the
liver enzymes (31). The toxic metabolites, highly reactive
smaller pyrroles (the dehydro- form of the alkaloids) resulting
from action of microsomal enzymes in the liver, can act locally
within the liver cells to cause damage at the chromosome level.
If the liver becomes damaged, the pyrrolizidine metabolites can
overflow and infiltrate the lung fluids and cause damage there.
Pulmonary edema and pleural effusions have been observed,
sometimes resulting in fatalities with very high levels of
PA contamination of food.
The diagnosis that most often is observed when there has been
excessive or prolonged exposure to PAs is veno-occulusive liver
disease, involving obstruction of the small veins bringing blood
from the liver back to the heart. Early clinical signs of
veno-occlusive liver disease include nausea and acute
upper-gastric pain, acute abdominal distension with prominent
dilated veins on the abdominal wall, fever, and elevated liver
enzymes. Jaundice may be present and the gallbladder may be
distended and full. Chronic illness from ingestion of small
amounts of the alkaloids over a long period proceeds through
fibrosis of the liver to cirrhosis, which is indistinguishable
from cirrhosis of other causes. Removal of PA exposure will
usually alleviate the disorder, but liver cirrhosis is only
marginally reversible. Young children are most susceptible
to the effects of the PAs, yet are more likely than adults
to completely recover.
Yet i became so undernurished in the Hospital, that i lost
1/3 of my original body weight i had prior entering either of the
two hospitals. ie. They bloody well almost starved me to
death!

Then came the parisentehsis ( draining gallons after gallons of
paritional fluid from my gut ). Dr Cleland said i had chyleous
ascites. I was given diuretics en mass, but they did nothing
for me. Went through MRIs, CAT scans, etc. etc. and nothing
conclusive was ever really found except Dr Cleland said i had
cirrhosis, thrombosis and portal hypertension. Meanwhile i went
from my normal weight of 160 lbs. down to less than 100 lbs.
Note: It has just been reported that people that drink alcohol
who have portal hypertension ( hi-blood pressure ) tend
to live a lot longer than those that quit as per
recommendation by their idiot doctor! March 23/2004
all in less than 5 months ( athropy and muscle waisting ).
Dr. Cleland told me that i had better make arrangements with
the Royal Vic transplant department for a new liver if i
want to go on living, because i was finished he said i was
going to die. I told him i was not interested in being
sliced open, that i would rather die. We made arangements
then and there that i would only come back as an outpatient
basis as needed for parisentehsis.
At home, i studied and mined the internet for information.
i tried countless alternate medicines, and the like.
What became clearly evident after a while, was that the
very nature of modern medicine, is detrimental to health.
To make a long story short, soon i was blob-gut free, and a
few months later, i was even back to my normal weight.
i tested out slowly if i was really ok by drinking more
and more alcohol each week. And sure enough, i did not
have cirrhosis, this was a mis-diagnosis i thought to
myself. Although constantly on vigulance, i proceeded to
see just how OK i was. After several years of checking out
my system, i came to the conclusion that something else
was at work here other than regular cirrhosis of the
liver. In early February of 2004, i decided to do a real
indepth data mining of the internet for similar symptoms
that i had during my illness. After 4 long days of auto
searching on various search terms, i came accross a site
talking about PAs. This pyrrolizidine Alkaloid poisoning
it turns out, creates symptoms exactly identical to all
the symptoms i encountered during all my illness. It (PAs)
can and has even caused death in many people who are
undernurished.
So there we have it. A case of almost needlessly cutting
me open and removing or replacing god knows what including
what would have been a needless costly possibly deadly
liver transplant ( all because of doctor mis-diagnosis ).
Chances are, that had i not refused the liver transplant
i would be dead by now.
The most disgusting thing is that PAs has been around
forever, and records of epidemics of it have occured
worldwide for hundreds of years.

There is simply no excuse for top medical staff to have
overlooked this very real liver antogin poison as a very
real possibility for the cause of all my complications,
especially since the symptoms are EXACTLY the same as all
the symptoms i showed.

Generaly in regard to both hospitals together, The Verdun
hospital in persuit of finding the cause of a small pain in the
upper right quadrent of my abdomin, in the end actually
exacerbated a small pain into a full blown illiness, with which
i have been held up to this day, even though i cured my physical
self without any operations of any kind whatever within 7 years
of leaving the MUHC. And that original upper abdominal pain i once
had, after leaving the Verdun Hospital, i never had it again.
I have now once again been happily drinking my normal 6 pack+ each
day to test my contentions of total misdiagnosis for over 5 yrs
now, and have never suffered a single bout of pain other
than your standard hangover.
The only caviot now being, i am no longer interrested in anything
to do with any kind of institutions. i've become a manic
depressive and like to spend most of my time at home like
howard hughes once did. I used to wonder about that man
but now i understand why he acted as he did.
It's called severe depression.
i feel that way for good reason, for with my handicaps
from the accident, plus my age getting on, my ITEM memory
is getting worse each year, and with the global job
competition getting tougher by the year, i have damn
good reason to be depressed.

The point being, there was never anything seriously physically
wrong with me! In fact i contend it was the doctors and hospitals
that made me ill for real. From what i have been able to deduce by
internet data-mining, "PAs", that's what i really had all along
(which would account for all symptoms i had, and which none of
these so called professional top notch doctors (specialists) in
either hospital ever mentioned or to my knowledge considered).
"PAs", is a case of natural occuring poison in things like honey!
Pyrrolizidine Alkaloid poisoning. This naturally occuring plant
based poison, mimics exactly all the symptoms i had ie. cirrhosis,
and looking back - at the time - i was consuming large amounts of
cheap dark imported honey while working on a home based business
management course i was attending at SAJE. Further, the only thing
these doctors seem to know and do, is how to buy and utilize(?)
expensive equipment, and then either because they don't
really know how to use them or because they don't work, they
resort to butchering (operating) as their only viable recourse.
I've always heard rumers like "don't ever go to Verdun
LaSalle hospital unless you want to loose your ding-dong"
Now i know why those rumers are around!
Had i not resisted every effort and attempt they (especially
the Verdun Hospital ) made to cut me up, i'd either look like a
real frankinstein by now, or more than likely, i'd be dead
if i'd have gone for a liver transplant.
I'm having all medical records extracted right now from
records archives, although some may take some time to
access since they are so dated.
I'll show them how to fix the medicare system in canada
but it's gonna cost em. My consulting fees are gonna be
like hiring Mick Jagger for a year.
If doctors consistantly do with every patient as they did
or worse yet tried to do to me, no wonder Canada has a
nearly bancrupt Medical Insurance System that needs
more and more money all the time like a drunken sailor.

However these days and for the last few years due in part to my
emotional fragility from my bad experiences as a child, the
difficulty handling complex issues in general ( resulting from my
accident as a kid ) and a general state of deep depression, now i
can no longer take on a job, nor would anyone want to give me a

Now it may well be too late to correct or reverse
these compounded emotional \ psycological set-backs
coupled with the original underlying mental damage
caused by the accident he incurred at the age of 4.
To top it off, even a family doctor is not currently
available for him in his income bracket, due to constant
Canadian Medical fiscal cutbacks to the Canadian Medical
System. People on welfare have no recourse at all to pay
for alternate medical services or help since they have
no monies.
I believe it's high time i move back to New Orleans. At
least there i can find a job and family doctors do exist
( i should know i used to go out with a beautiful girl
who was a doctor at LSUMC who also had a family doctor
practice ).

A quick overview of what incurred though:
My wife, son and i were relocated to Dallas as i accepted
a $35,000 position in the Philips US headquarters office in
Dallas. As soon as the real threat of IBM and the PC became
evident and clear, i was let go without any special severence
pay to get back to Canada or anything. I had just received
my US green card which the company took forever to acquire
for me via their Imigration Lawyers.
Anyway, the case i have against Philips is wrongful and
spiteful severence of my person from the company.
Calously Left in a lurch in a foreign country with wife
and child who depended on me, all in a desperate effort
to cut expenses when confronted by adversial corporation
( IBM/Microsoft ) who was taking a lot of business away
from them at the time.
To make things even worse, i was fired for joking around
with other employees on a Saturday when we were all asked
to come in to do inventory. It wasn't even a normal work
day. I call that sort of action nothing short of arrogant
and despicable behavior for a huge corporation like
Philips.
I was forced to move to New Orleans to take a job ASAP
like right away to make ends meet, and later my wife
devorced be because i was never around. So Philips
it's just a matter of time untill you all see MY wrath
because it's gonna be my turn to throw S**t
around.

i picked up a judges report from a judgement along with the
documentation i gave the judge concerning my case against
Delta College from the Court house Archives. After Delta
College won the case, the judges decision and documentation
was sent down stairs into the Courthouse archives.
When i picked up this stuff a few years later, i got my notes
to the judge and the ruling report not from my case, but
another Delta College vs. Students ruling report.
Now i want my ruling! However i want to get a signed note
concerning this screw-up. How do i go about getting a signed
note about this incident along with the proper ruling about my
original case?
NOTE:
The original reason i took them to court was that they had
promised me a large screen projector presentation unit to
deliver my courses ( remember my ITEM memory problem ). Well
they never came through with it and consequently i had to make
thousands of overhead slides. Anyway the judge just said,
"why didn't you just quit when the promise was not delivered"
I'd really like to take them back to court on that one again
if the judge and Delta College would only have known what i
have just learned now too.
I'm just not capable of remembering anything unless i memorize
it for hours. I need all the aids i can get to do a job like
that.

She told me that she has never heard of pyrrolizidine Alkaloids
All i can say is get on with it Canada! Start testing for those
toxins and poisons in both local and imported food for both humans
and animals.
There is no such thing as ascites of unknown origin as the doctors
so reported on my profile report. These bastards better be re-trained
by the institutions that trained them in the first place! I finaly
found ( although not a doctor ) the source of my near fatal illness
and near un-necessary liver transplant that the reason i had ascites
in the first place was PS's. PA's are a natural occuring highly
toxic poison that the bloody Canadian Food Inspection Agency doesn't
even check for as i later found out!
I would have imagined much higher standards of the CFIA in that now
days with globalization and mass importation of foods from around the
world these things MUST be tested for!
And the F**king doctors most definately have to get off their fat
asses and relearn medicine and forget about those useless billion
dollar machines!

In 2003, 7/10 cases were diagnosed as hepatopathy (liver disease)
and 3/10 were diagnosed as hepatitis (inflammation of the liver).
Of the seven hepatopathy cases, three originated in the southern
Okanagan and four were from the lower mainland/Fraser Valley.
Liver disease is a frequently reported problem in the horse.
The liver performs a large number of metabolic functions and
has a large regenerative capacity. Hepatic dysfunction does
not become clinically apparent until approximately 60 to 80 %
of liver capacity is lost. Affected horses will most commonly
present with weight loss, icterus (jaundice) and behavioural
changes. Icterus is more commonly associated with acute hepatic
failure and may be absent in cases of chronic liver disease
prior to exhaustion of hepatic reserve capacity. Horses with
liver disease may also develop gastric impaction and rupture,
photosensitization, laryngeal paralysis and bleeding disorders.
Bacterial hepatitis in the mature horse usually occurs secondary
to ascending infection via the biliary tree. Although primary
ascending infection can occur, it is believed that predisposing
causes which lead to bile stasis, such as choleliths (bile stones),
ileus or enteritis (inflammation of the intestine), are most
common. In the acute phase, the horse will develop cholangitis
(inflammation of the bile ducts) or cholangiohepatitis
(inflammation of the bile ducts and the liver tissue immediately
surrounding the bile ducts). If the infection resolves, the
disease will progress no further; however, if the infection is
not brought under control, the inflammation can progress to
chronic liver disease characterized by self-perpetuating
inflammation and fibrosis.
Hepatotoxicity in the horse in British Columbia is most commonly
attributed to a handful of toxins. Alsike clover is a poorly
documented toxin in the horse. Exposure to the plant appears
to be associated with hepatotoxicity. It is unclear whether
the plant itself is toxic or whether an exogenous toxin is
responsible for the liver damage.
Alsike clover is cultivated in some areas of northern BC and Alberta
and most cases described in the literature have been associated with
feeding of alsike clover hay.
The liver lesions typically surround bile ducts and are characterized
by marked fibrosis and bile duct hyperplasia with progressive loss of
liver cells. Unlike cholangiohepatitis, there is minimal inflammation.
Tansy Ragwort is another hepatotoxin reported to affect horses.
The plant is unpalatable and as such is unlikely to cause acute equine
hepatotoxicity; however, the toxin is cumulative and toxicity can occur
due to long term low level exposure. The toxic principle is a
pyrrolizidine alkaloid in the plant which damages liver cells,
preventing cell division, and causes a characteristic appearance
microscopically.
The changes in the liver are similar to Alsike Clover poisoning in
character and distribution within the liver. Tansy Ragwort toxicity
will also exhibit giant cells due to interference with cell division
by the toxin.
Aflatoxin is another possible hepatotoxin, although horses are not
considered a highly susceptible species. The toxin is produced by
the fungus Aspergillus flavus and found in spoiled grains.
Depending on the amounts consumed, the disease can present either as
acute or chronic disease. Acute disease is uncommon in horses and
distinct microscopically from the other hepatotoxins. Chronic disease
is difficult to distinguish from pyrrolizidine alkaloids.
Like pyrrolizidine alkaloid, aflatoxin interferes with cell division and
leads to the presence of giant cells.

7) FDA Moves Against Comfrey Dietary Supplements
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on
Friday asked makers of dietary supplements containing the herb
comfrey to withdraw their products due to the danger of liver
damage and its possible role as a cancer-causing agent.
In a letter to industry groups representing herbal product
makers, the FDA said it was aware of dietary supplements
derived from three types of comfrey that contain toxic alkaloids.
The agency strongly recommends that firms marketing a product
containing comfrey, or another source of pyrrolizidine alkaloids,
remove the product from the market and alert its customers to
immediately stop using the product," FDA said.
In addition to being toxic to the liver, 'there is also evidence
that implicates these substances as carcinogens," the FDA said.
The FDA does not regulate dietary supplements as closely as
drugs but can pull supplements from the market if it can
demonstrate sufficient risk.
"This came to that point," said Christine Lewis, FDA director of
nutritional products and dietary supplements. Lewis told Reuters
the agency was gathering evidence on a number of other herbal
products which she declined to identify.
The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), one of the recipients
of the FDA letter, said most herbal supplement manufacturers had
been aware since at least 1996 of comfrey's dangers if taken
internally or used on broken skin.
John Cardellina, the council's vice president of botanical
science, said the FDA's action was welcome as long as the
message was put in perspective. "It's not like there's an
enormous amount of this product out there that is wildly
dangerous," he said.
Separately the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced
action on Friday against an Internet marketer of comfrey
remedies.
Utah-based Christopher Enterprises Inc. agreed to a
preliminary injunction that bars the company from
marketing products containing comfrey "for internal
uses or on open wounds," the commission said.
Christopher Enterprises sold comfrey products as a
cure for maladies ranging from asthma and tuberculosis
to broken bones and herpes, the consumer
watchdog said.
The commission said the company falsely claimed it was
safe to take comfrey products orally or as suppositories
or to apply them to open wounds.
i further predict that soon one day, some of those terrorists
are going to use pyrrolyzidine alkaloids or similar toxin to try
to kill people as a terrorist act. It seems to me just a matter of
time. So again Canada, i suggest you all get better at diagnosing
ailments caused by PA's and other natural occuring toxins, and
better yet, start testing food for this and other toxins that kill.
The bloody Canadian federal government is up everyones ass
if we break the law or owe monies to them. But if it comes
to their responsibilities, (ah It had better be election
time.) that seems to be quite a different interpretation of
the same story ( they sherk their responsibility! ) or as CMA
with the CMPA, they use a nuclear bomb to kill a bird symbolicly
speaking. How in hell can the average person have a fighting
chance against such sinister allocation of funds to back
the bloody medical association in Canada? In the USA, one
would win million dollar lawsuits against the CMAs CMPA
itself for being an obsticle for fare judical process.
It seems everything the canadian government touches turns
into a frog ( metaphorically speaking ). The feds screwed
with the fisheries, and no more east coast fisheries. Yet
Huge fishing factories still fish off the Grand Banks from

In their infinate wisdom i must say when i came back to
Canada, i found that virtualy no jobs remained in the field
of electronics-technology. Why was this the case? Why after
spending 4 important years of my life studing computers and
electronicsm do i suddenly find myself out of work?
In the hatiatian reality, Canada's Prime Minister Paul Martin
says we will stay in there, and not get out right away as
previous support missions. Well i ask, where in hell have
the government or any of its subsiduaries, stuck with me?
It's called a double standard. i needed help as a kid, and
where was it?
Even for simple things like checking food for quality and lack
of viruses and toxins.
Take mad cow and take PAs in my case above ( ACJD or MAD COW
a viral disease and pyrrolizidine Alkaloids a natural occuring
poison i now believe caused my problem ).
The government claims it does a lot, when in reality it does
quite nothing.
i would have never become ill if the government properly checked
imported honey for pyrrolizidine Alkaloids or PAs.
Take the water in Walkerton. How many people died ingesting plain
corrupted water? Where were government controls in that?
What the hell are we all paying taxes for? There is no war! What
the hell is the government for? Why are they even there?
Take Montreal Canada. It has a water supply that is leaking like
a sive, roads that need to be completely rebuilt. What the hell
has the bureaucracy done with all the tax money up till now? Have
they been pissing it away? Why have these infrastructures not
been kept up?
Even the farmer is a soon to be extinct occupation. Welcome all
to Monsanto GMO, GMF, genetically modified everything and Microsoft

The only reason we are still allowed to eat beef in canada is on
the count of business and political reasons. Otherwise, it would
be banned to eat beef even here in canada. ie. who cares if a few
hundred people eventually die of ACJD disease, we have a multi-
billion dollar beef industry to maintain.
But where were the checks when England already had the bad
experience ahead of Canada, and it was clearly understood what
causes Mad cow disease. Yet what did canada do about it? That's

was originaly intended, but a severe impediment. It appears
now more than ever that the government is gauging people in
every concievable way uncluding 1) charging for services they
take forever to provide. 2) involved in lotteries that once
were the domain of only undesirable people. 3) run hospitals
that make people more sick than they are and even kill many
people for spare parts to fix other people that have more
power and or money. ( harvest organs ) 4) Play big shot on
the International front, and screw the people at the home

The Government along with the casinos, doctors, drug companies
are pulling one of the fastest ones on what can only be termed
"rip offs" on people such as the world has never before seen.
Take the drug companies, "get bleoflack, it may be good for
you, Ask your doctor.

think of the time the doctors are spending answering dumb
questions these drug companies are throwing on the air.
Soon every citizen of every country will have a LEGAL drug

That was a letter i sent this so called "people defender"
lie-er ( sorry lawyer ).
He ain't working for people, he's probably double salaried
by your cases and the all too powerful CMPA.
And yea, those IP addresses, that's him checking out my web
page, and yet he didn't even have the good sense of getting
back to me to refer another lawyer, naturely, he didn't get
back to me at all. It's just too hot a potato for this
double knot spy who seems to be playing both sides of the

My immediate desire, like is the case with certain powerful
organisations, to subdue or elliminate the ability of the CMPA to
operate in defense of any doctor, with the defendent put at a severe
disadvantage over their sheer power.
They ( CMPA ) can be likened to a corporate power thas has no bounds
against the avarage citizen.
Untill the CMPA power arm is neutrilized, ( their wings are clipped )
no-one stands a chance of a fair outcome of any issues raised against
the medical profession.

I feel that one way to save earth from polution would be in theory
at least, would be to super heat whole areas of the tar sands to the
point where the oil bubbles out of the sand.
How you might well ask could this be done?
First off the hardest element corundum Al2O3 (element 121) must
be impregnated. Palladium for example has the unique ability
to absorb 900 times its own volume with Hydrogen and Helium
and if sent on a near collision course to our
sun, where like a match it will be lit up. Strike it and let it fly!
Needlessly said, on a very well designed target!
The tradectory of the ball of lit flame must be sent towards
our moon initially for testing while its burn lasts.
All ICBM should be readied in case of possible collision
with the earth to mitigate any possible mishap from occuring.
If proper trajectories are implemented on the moon during test
missions, we may even be able to release water from ice
buried under the moons crust.
- Nuclear Fusion they say requires huge amounts of heat to get
it going, perhaps so, however to sustain it is very ambiguous
It will only be by testing these huge powers of clean energy
that we can make a step towards really true clean energy as
much as perhaps powering planes and star fleets with real
and safe power! The first step is truely understanding it!
Myself i'm relying on the use of our knowledge of quantum
physics to solve some of the heat problems in relation to
the ability to sustain Nuclear Fusion at low heat and speed
known limitations! Now it's time for you all physicsts to
get busy. ( i would call it fooling matter physics! )
Naturally, once lunar studies have been done following
such a collision with a man made ( sun ignited ) object
has been completed, it is my guess that this ( these )
type of objects can and will be used to convert all of
the Alberta tar sand bitumen oil into near whole oil without
complex and polluting industrial equipment and associated
waists by driving these objects into the tar sands directly
and super heating the earth in the vacinity of their crashing.
Super heating the earth around as mini artificial suns
would boil the earth ( sandy bitumen ) and bubble up oil.
